Customer misleading
A very bad experience. I ordered underwear for my girlfriend for Valentine's Day. The website stated that the order would arrive by February 13, but it didn't arrive until today, February 16. On top of that, I paid €10 for gift wrapping, and the box arrived scratched and with a broken seal.
I will never buy from them again!

Please note that the delivery dates shown on our website are estimated timeframes. We always dispatch orders within the promised shipping window, however once the parcel leaves our warehouse, the delivery process is handled entirely by the courier. Shipping routes, local conditions, and operational delays are unfortunately beyond our direct control.
We are also very sorry to hear that the gift box arrived damaged. This is certainly not the experience we want for our customers. We kindly ask you to submit a complaint through our website regarding the damaged item — once received, we will immediately arrange a replacement or a refund for you. At the same time, we will file a formal complaint with the delivery company regarding the damage, as this clearly occurred during transport.

Regarding the waist belt – you are absolutely right. Some of our older models did not offer the option to choose the belt size separately. We’ve listened to this feedback and improved it in our latest collections, where sizing options are more flexible.
