Do not use this company.

Although my car was safe on return,the driver sped through the traffic, phone in hand, answering calls.
I doubt that they're licensed.
We left the airport in the van, drove 5 minutes on route, the driver took a phone call and promptly returned to the airport. He proceeded to collect another passenger and then we set off again. After leaving the airport a second time, he received another phone call and we returned yet again for an Asian family. We spent an hour in that filthy,stinking van!

Good communication and nice drivers

Good communication and nice drivers. The only thing is to check which direction you’re coming from as the car park is not so close to the airport (so for us coming from Lancashire it added extra time to our journey). Good price. Reliable service - they answered our call when we arrived at 12.30am and collected us promptly from airport and took us to our car.

Used Giantparking twice in last few…

Used Giantparking twice in last few months.
Cost is lower than all other companies, yes it’s further out but it confirms this on website when booking.
I’ve found great, really helpful friendly staff, no issues and you get to keep your car keys, which is great.!
I shall be using again.

If I could give this company a negative…

If I could give this company a negative star I would, firstly it is nowhere near the airport, it’s a very unkept piece of land and not a professional airport parking establishment
We drove from Scotland to fly to Cancun from Manchester airport, we stayed in the Crown Plaza the night before flying so I needed to book airport parking, when I googled airport parking close to Manchester Airport this was one of the first ones to pop up, yes I was very silly not to look at reviews but I have been using airport parking for 40 years in both Scotland and England and never had any issues
So firstly it is 25-30 mins distance from the airport, I stay closer to Glasgow airport and I don’t have my house registered as being close to an airport
Then when we got there and saw the state of the place I actually just wanted to drive back to the airport and try and find somewhere else but we were there and time wasn’t on our side
I had changed the vehicle we were taking a few days before from my car to our mini bus as on reflection we felt it would be more comfortable to travel the 4 hours in, the mini bus is actually classed as a car not a commercial vehicle and only takes up a normal car parking space, as soon as they saw the mini bus there first reaction was we hadn’t paid for a bus so we had to pay a further £25, we then paid the £12 for both being dropped off and collected at the airport as this is not included in the charge, which I did know about, we then left our immaculate mini bus to be put into a very old, dated, dirty and smelly mini bus
As the men who obviously run this car parking were discussing how much more money they wanted from us it was putting me into a panic as we had seen the tailback on the motorway to the airport when we were driving to this place so knew it would take over an hour to get back to the airport but one of them said not at all it will only take 30 mins, our ride to the airport took 1 hour 10 mins and tbh the driver knew how uptight I was as I had mentioned I was now concerned we would miss our flight and I felt he deliberately stayed in a slow lane on the motorway when other lanes were moving faster, we just made our flight with 10 mins to spare and that was due to 2 very kind check in ladies who rushed us through when I explained our situation
On our return journey from the airport we actually shared the mini bus with a lovely family who also paid the £6 for the pick up at the airport, when I mentioned that we also paid the £6 so they had £12 this she said I didn’t think of that, so the people who run this so called establishment are taking more money than is required if they have more than one family in the bus
£6 is not a lot of money but it is the principle
I am not one to give negative reviews and especially as lengthy as what I have just written but I feel people need to be aware when a service is nowhere near what is expected
Please stay clear would be my suggestion

Dreadfull Experience

Dreadfull Experience , late to drop off , dirty unroadworthy transport van , extra fees demanded , we Waited nearly an hour and a half to be picked up at 4am , our car was not securely parked ( more like abit of waste land ) ,if the only thing you care about is saving money then go for it , I wouldn't touch these cowboys again with a barge pole.

Perfect

Perfect! I called the Giant car park 30 min before as advised in the email. Transfer was waiting for me. People are complaining about £12 charges extra, but it’s not Giant car park fault. Manchester airport charging £6.40 to drop and £6.40 to collect. All explained in the email as well, so there was no surprise for me. Great service, good price, friendly staff. Definitely will use it again. Thank you.

JUST DONT!!

Ok here's an honest review. Our 10day parking was cheap,I thought this was due to the distance from the airport but it's only a 20 min drive so this didn't bother us.it turned out this wasn't the reason,it's the dreadful service,shocking appearance of the transfer vehicles and run down state of the parking facility. Here goes then,when we arrived we missed our stated arrival time by 8 min so had to wait 1hr 20m for the transfer .about 45m into our wait we were told we had to pay an extra £12 for the transfers.by now other cars were arriving and no one new of this charge which lead to a full on argument with the guy who appeared to be in charge but said he wasn't. Just to be clear when we left for the airport the mini bus was full with eight passengers (4 couples) so they had charged £24 to cover the £6 airport entry charge!the mini van looked and smelt like it had another life carrying builders from site to site but it got us to the airport ok.on return I phoned for collection and was told it would be 30m,after 50m it hadn't arrived and I was told this was because the driver hadn't received the message to get us so had left us to wait for another pick up.this turned out to be a battered old vauxhall zafira which was worse than the mini bus but it did keep us entertained by the warning chimes coming from the dash every time it was moving. I asked the driver not to use his phone whilst driving (no hands free) but he just pretended he hadn't heard me.one of the two lady's we were sharing with took a picture of him with his phone to his ear.
I gave this review 1 star but in honesty that's 1 too many, please be warned.

EXCELLENT SERVICE

EXCELLENT SERVICE! no idea what all those bad reviews are about! came in middle of night, and was at airport 30 minutes later! friendly staff. although I could have been notified earlier of the £12 airport entrance charge. Other than that I saved pounds so would highly recommend Giant Parking!

Wouldn’t use again

Wouldn’t use again. Isn’t the price you pay as you also pay an extra £12 to cover for the fees at Manchester (not per van either per booking, so they are making a ton off doing the drops) arrived 640am and had to wait until after 7:20am to leave as they were waiting for another large group of people . Was also no where near 20 minutes to the airport, closer to 40mins thankfully I allowed extra time incase of something like this happening. Upon arriving back to the uk at 10pm it was a case of going to all the terminals to collect other passengers meaning I was in the van for over an hour before we finally left the airport. I finally got back to my car at 00:30am. I would find somewhere closer to the next time. As it really doesn’t work out being any cheaper or save time. My own mistake for not checking where they were on maps and reading the fine print no doubt.
