Everything went nice and smooth. Just bit long time to wait on arrival more than 30 min. Part of that recommended.

Shocking experience! Would definitely never use again or recommend to anyone. Hidden charges that need to be made clear before booking not after and absolutely dreadful drivers who have no care for passenger safety - speeding and driving with due care and attention. A white knuckle ride from Manchester Airport that scared us unbelievably! Not the service we expected - lesson learned! Cheaper is not the best option at all! Pay a bit more and get a professional service rather than this awful and very expensive( with all of the extra charges that are hidden). Avoid unless you don’t mind all of the above!

Returned from a 2 week holiday to Florida and this parking was a disaster, I regularly book airport parking and this was by far the worst. The 1 star is for the fact I did get my vehicle back, and this is the bare minimum you expect.

1, I liken this service to an overseas scam call centre, not a UK business. Operates like a typical foreign scam centre, barely speak English with no customer service etiquette whatsoever or consideration as to how a respectable business treats customers.

2, I cannot believe the shuttle busses are road legal, literally 1990s style van, stinks of diesel and just all round sham vehicle falling apart as other reviews mention.

3, I’m surprised the staff have UK driving licenses, language barriers are an issue.

Couldn’t string a sentence together in English, constantly on the phone whilst driving. In fairness the driver who picked us up from the airport was not on the phone - the driver who dropped us off for our outbound journey was taking calls, texting, scrolling, all whilst on the motorway with my family in the “shuttle bus”.

4, From when we collected our bags to when he picked us up it was 1 hour and 40 mins. Usman the manager who speaks more English than the rest kept telling us the driver was on his way, it became apparent when we stopped at a different terminal that the delay was due to waiting for another passenger to land so they could maximise fuel, it was over 2 hours from when the flight landed to when we got back to the waste land that the car is “stored” on.

5, The waste land the car is stored on is in a dirty scruffy area of Ashton, gangs of unsavories hanging around outside. If you care about your car then you would not relax leaving it here - the reason you keep the key is because nobody would leave the car if you didn’t.

They charge each booking a £12 extra (£6 each way Manchester airport drop of fee) regardless of how many customers are in the shuttle van. Manchester airport charge £6 each way per drop off - this is telling of their attitude.

In addition to all this they attempted to charge me £20 “early fee”.

I booked an extra day by mistake when I made the booking, I immediately realised this when I got the confirmation email 5mins after booking. I rang “Usman” the manager who’s number is referenced on the documents (07415 690899), and he said send an email to reception and they will sort it and it will be fine, which I did, see attached photo.

However, when I rang to be picked up after landing I had to argue for over 20 minutes with the driver then Usman the “boss” (all whilst stood freezing cold with my young family just landing off an 8hour flight) before they agreed they would send someone to pick us up because apparently I had just made all this up, despite having the evidence.

10:33 - rang to advise collected luggage and ready to be collected, try to speak to driver and explain I don’t owe £20 and I’m not early as per the email.

10:39 - speak with Usman who keeps telling me rules are rules and I do owe £20 because I am apparently early. Please bear in mind this is all me stood outside in the cold trying to reason with people who don’t speak English much and don’t understand our way of servicing customers. After 20 mins he agrees someone will be sent and we will continue this conversation in person when I get back to the dumping ground, sorry car park.

I chase 4 times 11:24 being the last time, the driver eventually arrived at 12:15 and went to pick someone else up from a different terminal - we were basically held at ransom for 2 hours in the cold at Manchester airport.

When we got back to the waste land, driver got my car and asked if I was paying the £20, which of course I wasn’t.

Usman was nowhere to be seen obviously. I loaded my suitcases into the car and vowed to NEVER EVER scrimp on airport parking again. I cannot stress how poor this company are and I really do hope you don’t make the mistake I did.

Do not book !! Absolutely terrible company limited contact had to call them milion times to change my dates as no body responded to my email
On arrival the car park look more like a scrap yard no body to be seen around so just parked the car and waited for 40 min
After 40 min some car showed up we have been told to sit inside the car and that we will leave in 20 min more than like 40 as we was waiting for other people
Or a return I was waiting almost 2 h to be picked up ! I message them 12.48 that we arrived 1 .20 that we waiting outside then been told they will pick us in 20 min … and was waiting another hour!! Also been told to pay extra for early arrival 😂 tho no body pay me for the late pick up 😂

Was very entertaining to say the least, Uman(think that was his name) was very good on our return journey from the airport.
Cheap service as we parked a 9 seater van, could probably get closer,more proffesional service if you wanted to pay more,however i was happy with what we got. Uman was very funny without realising it

My partner booked this parking for us to go away for 9 days. At first we were wary because of the price but had a pleasant experience overall. When we arrived we struggled to find the parking but there was help straight away through a phone call. We got parked straight away, keeping our keys with us and there was a mini bus waiting to take us straight to the terminal, which was only 15-20 minutes drive.
Arriving back in Manchester we had problems with the car battery, yet the guy in charge was able to provide us with jump leads and a battery.
Would recommend to anyone trying to save a little money.
We will be back for our next trip in July :)

Just don’t use! Said 15 minutes on their website from the airport but more like 30 minutes.

Charged £12 extra on arrival for the fees into the airport - include this in the price, don’t add it extra once you’re there. As others have said if they’re 3 sets going into one terminal they are taking the piss.

We didn’t get to park our car, had to hand our keys over to someone who clearly had never driven before, who then moved our car about 100 yards before declaring it parked.

On return said wait until luggage collected until calling them, DO NOT DO THIS. Just call them when you land, they are literally miles away. Google the postcode of their business and Manchester Aiport…………

They take advantage of people wanting airport parking. If they’re reading this a few points

Include the charge for entering the airport in your fees - saves arguments on arrivals

Stop lying you are 15 minutes from the airport. It’s 30 minutes at best, we flew at anti social times so probably an hour at peak times.

Let people park thenselves, or employ people who can actually drive and park cars

Overall will absolutely not be using these again

Avoid avoid avoid ,appalling service still waiting for refund ,cancelled 10 mins after booking,when realised it's miles from airport and additional airport access charges 2 weeks after cancelling still no refund ...do not use this company
!now reported to trading standards for misrepresentation re their advert and pursuing chargeback for refund ..
