Unresponsive customer service. Good luck processing a return/correction.

I ordered one pair of size 9.5 shoe and was sent one pair sizes 9.5 and one pair size 7.0. I would like to return the size 7.0.

This experience was great because of the outstanding quality, style and rich appearance of the shoes. I was also extremely impressed to learned that they were hand crafted. I love your products! Keep up the great work!

The delivery took significantly longer than what was originally stated, and I have been unable to reach anyone for support. The Google phone number provided does not work, and there has been no direct communication from your company.

Due to the lack of customer service and the delay in delivery, I am requesting a full refund for my order immediately.

My order was delivered at my door appropriately and adequately with no damage at all.
I chose size 10 and was delivered perfectly. When I tested the shoes, it fitted me perfectly and awesomely well. It seems it was designed for my legs.

Have not even recieved the shoes I ordered.

I had a very bad experience with my first ever business with the company.
I made a mistake for choosing size 11.5 instead of 7.5 and they refused to exchange it.
Bad business!!!

This is a fairly typical scam nowadays.

The company is thinese, as the domain is registered to a chinese email address. The shorts you see on YT and the images on the site are not at all what the real products look and feel like. If anything is handcrafted, it is by chinese factory workers, but I wouldn't be surprised if it's all automated.

For all intents and purposes, this is a scam.

I have purchased many dress shoes over the years. The Gifennse style caught my attention on the internet. A bit expensive, but not overly expensive.
When I received the shoes, they met my expectations. They look great, fit great, and I hope they have the quality to last for a while.

The item I purchased looked exactly like the picture. Tried on felt great but haven't really tested,yet.

Stylish, hand dyed, leather sole and upper that fit well. The shipping from China took its time, but considering all of the customs clearances needed, it was pretty efficient.

The shoes this company manufactures can clearly hold their own with any top rated leather shoe in the business. As impressive as the quality and presentation of the shoe, is the best in class customer service. I ordered a pair of shoes for a destination wedding and needed a slightly smaller pair upon receiving them. The customer service team went above and beyond to insure that I received my shoes in time for the big event. Very impressed all around.
