I had a very bad experience with Giftbag. I paid 350 AED for a service, but unfortunately I did not receive anything in return. There was no proper communication or delivery after payment.

This is very disappointing and unprofessional. I feel scammed and would not recommend dealing with them.

I hope they take responsibility and resolve this issue as soon as possible.

This is a scam, and unable to get money back. You get credits to spend. Nothing on that site I would buy.
I have managed to cancel the membership.

On 06.06.2025. I saw agift add from giftbag.site Limasol. Offer was for $2.00. They deduct money from my account 2nd time $8.00 without prior intimation. Its a totally scam n fraund on the name of gift and membership.

I was scammed* into making a small credit card payment to the Gift Bag site. I assumed it was to cover the postage of the Screwfix items I had 'won'. I then got referred to another site..which clearly was a scam and so withdrew from the whole situation feeling that I had been foolish and a couple of euros was small beer.
A couple of days later I got a strange e-mail from Gift bag about 'my account' but foolishly ignored it. A further e-mail told me my "subscription had been updated"..Uhh, I checked my bank account and found a couple of days after the card payment for 2 euros a payment for around 50 euros had been taken, and another was scheduled for a couple of weeks time!
I have emailed Giftbag and requested my monies back and cancelled any perceived contract/account. I've also told my bank to recall the payment.
*the scam was a post on our local Community Facebook page from an allegedly dissatisfied Screwfix employee who'd been fired for none attendance when sick. I have since seen a very similar scam talking about an offer Lego are making.
