Excellent (Human) customer service
I contacted customer service with an issue. I was immediately speaking to agent and was satisfied with the resolution offered. To my surprise I was then contacted by Zoe on the escalation team who dealt with my issue personally and I am more than happy with the final resolution to my issue. Great customer service!
