Special thanks to Claire in the escalation team, who took extra care to make my customer experience worth my while! Apart from the "After-Sales-Service, ASS, as in the painkiller" I have to say I have learnt my lessons. Not only do they try and lure you into a shady subscription, I'm pretty sure that my data was "passed on" aswell, as the number of scam calls and emails significantly jumped up in the last few months after my "experience ". So: no, g-bag.shite, not recommended at all. Fingers off, big dudu! Hm hm hm...
