Digital gift cards are normally generated and sent within around 1 hour of purchase. According to our records the digital gift card was generated and sent to your email address on 01-06-2026 at 4:02PM. On occasion, the email can land in the spam or promotions folder, so it’s worth having a quick check there as well. In some cases on mobile devices, these folders aren’t immediately obvious, so if you’re able to view your inbox on a desktop, the Promotions tab should be easier to spot.
I will also resend the digital card within the next few minutes via our automated system, just to make sure you receive it without further delay.

Links don’t work
The link to add to apple wallet doesn’t work which makes it challenging at the checkout. I have found a workaround by logging on at home and taking a photo but still not ideal for keeping a track of spending.
