Don't buy these. Although it's a great concept it's very poorly executed. Redeeming the cards is complicated and it appears you have no back up when things go wrong. I have been in a back and forth with their very poor customer service for weeks and I still don't have the email with the gift card details. I keep having to contact customer service just for them to ask for more information which I don't have, because they don't provide it when you redeem the vouchers. What was a lovely gift idea from my Mum has turned into nothing but a headache.

Complete scam. Given card as leaving gift collection. Tried to scratch silver off to reveal redemption code. So slippy and hard to do that it took half the code with it. Card just disintegrated. Same as review below. Multiple emails and an automated case number but nothing since. No phone. No social media. No response. Complete rip off. Reported to trading standards and action fraud.

Don’t understand the bad reviews, scanned the QR code took me straight to the website filled the form, chose my gift card, gift card was sent instantly via email. No problems, great company
Easy and simple

My daughter bought me a gift card value £25.00 for Christmas. I tried to scratch off the number in order to redeem the card. I had some difficulty doing this and sadly I rubbed too hard and ruined some of the numbers. I e mailed the company twice whose claim is to sort things out within 24 hrs. I have had no response in spite of informing them of some of the numbers I could read

Might as well have put the £25 in the bin. The voucher never worked and they were the most unhelpful company I've ever dealt with. If I could leave no star I would definitely

I brought my husband £150. Worth of vouchers in £25. for Christmas 🎄 just gone he finally sits down to have a look and he can’t use any of them !!! I have emailed over and over again with no answers no land line to contact any one NEVER WOULD I RECOMMEND TO ANY ONE !!! I hope some how we get some sort of justice!!

Received a gift card from Daughter, thankfully only £25, which I will give her back and bear the loss myself. If only she'd read the reviews first, but that's life. I hope that one day trading standards will catch up with these scammers. I've sent them an eMail but I'm not holding my breath on a reply. Total Shysters. The sticky label covering the code was so sticky it just wouldn't come off without destroying the card underneath, making it totally unreadable.

I would advise all major retailers to avoid like the plague. This company is ripping off your customers. I can't even get a response to an unactivated gift card, which is soon to expire. They are crooks.

Tried to use the voucher, store of choice not available. How? Why? Endless emails and no reply. What a rip off!

I happened to have received a Gift Voucher on my Birthday. I tried to convert it into PC World voucher and does not work as its always out of stock. Tried it to convert it into Primark same as above. How in this world a voucher code out of stock?
Sent them countless emails but no response at all.
Looking at their feedback i can see i am not the only one. I am not sure how they can sell these cards at super markets and why trading standard is asleep over this.
Obviously it shows the poor performance of Trading Standards.

Cannot redeem my voucher! One digit cannot be read and I have been through the alphabet and numbers to try and get it done. Every time it says the code is incorrect, scam scam scam ! It stinks stay away! Complained to Sainsburys where I purchased it and they are not interested one little bit!

I have updated my review of this company as I was finally able to redeem my gift card and I have to give thanks were thanks is due . Once they do eventually reply to your emails they're not long in getting things sorted. Many thanks to Matthew for sorting this out for me .

We were given one of their gift cards as a Christmas present. Nice concept, being able to use the card where you like. However, whenever you try to redeem the value of your gift choice card it always says something along the lines of the ecard you are trying to redeem is out of stock (how an egift card can be out of stock I have absolutely no idea!!) This continued every time we tried to redeem since after last Christmas for any company we selected right up until it told us your card has expired. We considered making a complaint to their customer services but looking at the rest of these reviews it seems kind of pointless!

My advice is, do not get a gift card for anyone from this company, just give them the cash as then they truly can spend it anywhere and it doesn't expire!

not been able to redeem gift cards i have emailed 5 times as no telephone number for the company, never responded to one email you might as well go to a tall building and throw money in the air for someone else to take, as this is what thy are doing just taking your money and not giving anything back!!! the person who bought me this gift card has paid money for it!! you have had the cash!!!!, i have read other comments saying expired card at 11months due the pandemic no one can purchase anything as we have all been bloody locked in!! how the hell can it expire when you have the cash!!! cash does not expire!!! it probably will expire as your site says out of stock try again continuously or error code!! d....heads! gift choice is the same as fitness choice!! people be aware.

Literally don't respond to any emails, 2.5 months and still waiting

I was hoping to spend my gift card this week, but on registering the card it is telling me my card has 'expired'?! I have been trying to contact the company, but my message is not sending. Any ideas how I speak to someone to get this sorted?

Absolutely horrific! Couldn’t redeem the gift cards conveniently over the black Friday/cyber Monday week! Managed to convert today and anything i did want to purchase in the sales is now out of stock!
Well done for costing me an absolute bloody fortune, will NEVER use again and wouldn't advise anyone else to do so! Customer services are shocking also!

After a few weeks of trying and just getting the internal server error message every time, I had one last go last night and to my amazement it actually worked. I have picked Argos but have yet to attempt to use it on their site. Maybe, just maybe, it'll work, but I'm not incredibly hopeful after my experience with this so far.

Fuc**** scammers like everyone has said below .. reported to fraud and if I don't get a resolution I will be going currys and getting my money back somehow.. just by Christmas as well stupid dick heads

So turns out Intelligent Card Solutions who operated Gift Choice were acquired by Blackhawk Networks recently. They sell All 4 One gift cards.
It might be best to ring their customer service or follow them on Instagram and complain there as a few have done already and report them to Trading Standards UK, I have. Boycott all their gift cards. Spread the word. Check the reviews on All4one and Blackhawk. Proper scam merchants.
