The gift was perfect, the delivery was not. My daughter waited in for the parcel as she lives in a flat she was waiting for the buzzer to go to open the outside door. No one rang the bell at all. I just happened to see on my email it had been delivered. The picture showed it had been left outside. She was in and had no idea it was there. Surely this is not good service.

Good web site but delivery date issue
Good service, and the ordering process was fairly straightforward - however the most important part for me was the delivery date, but even though I entered the delivery date, there is no confirmation of this critical date on any of the confirmation screens. It disappears. So, I have no idea if my items will be delivered as planned.
