I did get sent a replacement but it was very similar to the incorrect item and as it was personalised I am struck with two items with the same person's name on!!!
I said I didn't really want another one and wanted a refund but this was not negotiable

We are very disappointed to read this review, as it does not accurately reflect what happened.
You contacted us regarding an incorrect item, and we rectified the mistake immediately the same day. We prioritised a full remake and dispatched the correct item via Tracked 24 next day delivery at our own expense to ensure it arrived in time for Thursday, as you stated was required.
At no stage did you request a refund. Instead, you asked how we would compensate for the error, and we did so by remaking the item urgently and upgrading the delivery service. Throughout the process, we remained polite, professional and responsive, despite receiving responses that were, at best, less than warm. The issue was resolved promptly and within the exact timeframe you required.
As clearly stated across our website, personalised items are made to order and cannot be resold. Once the corrected item had been produced and dispatched urgently on your behalf, a refund was not applicable.
We take full responsibility when mistakes occur and act quickly to put them right, which is exactly what we did here. For this reason, we consider this 1 star review to be both unfair and misleading. It is also worth noting that a review of your Trustpilot profile shows every review you have left is negative, which suggests this may not be an isolated experience.

I ordered a wooden photo frame for my husband's big 40th birthday with a customised text on the frame and it turned out so beautiful! It's simple yet memorable and meaningful. However, I also included a personalised message that should come with the gift wrap but it was sadly not included. The customer lady was kind enough to respond to my query and offered a refund. Good customer service there!
