Ordered personalised mutli-tools for Christmas. First arrived perfect so made a second order, this arrived with imperfections. Has to push for a replacement. Company tried to push it was the wood and not their fault. Eventually sent a replacement VERY close to Xmas. For it to arrive in as poor condition as the last. Emailed company to be told each order isn't manual checked before dispatch. Surely it should be if it's a replacement after a problem? No solution offered this time. Apparently its the 'wood grain' even though not on the first. Company don't care about customer satisfaction

Repeated order
Just made a repeat order from the original personalised item I'd made 12 months ago. I think my purchase was value for money and I was very happy with the original personalised message. Giftinajiffy were very accommodating to my changes and communicated well throughout the process. Slight modification on the second order [or would have hit 5/5], but still happy again with my purchase.

The packaging was ripped and there was a small dent in the drinks bottle.

I found the boards to be smaller in size
I found the boards to be smaller in size than expected. One was slightly scuffed too.
Had to pay 23.33 in customs taxes for 2 cup amd board sets.
