We have been branding products for over 20 years but in 2019 we wanted to start and offer thoughtful personalised gifts into the retail market. I was disappointed with the delivery…
I was disappointed with the delivery cost to Ireland on Etsy given the order was 10 drawstring bags so I spoke to the owner who advised I order directly on their website where it was slightly cheaper but they failed to mention that delivering to Ireland I was also going to be charged customs which amounted to €24. The personalisation on the bags are lovely and I was happy with this but the quality of the bags are quite cheap. Overall I spent €106 on 10 bags but could have gotten them cheaper elsewhere so I was disappointed.

Our shipping and returns policies state that all fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer, and we will work on making this information even more transparent in the future.

The perfect wedding favours
Our luggage tags arrived quicker than expected. The company made it easy for us to send personalisation requests and all tags were spot on. The bulk of the order did not lower the quality at all.
