I had an extremely frustrating experience with this company. During my purchase, I encountered repeated error messages stating that the transaction had failed. Because the website did not confirm any successful purchase, I tried again multiple times, even using a different card, which caused the same error message.
After these repeated issues, I contacted customer support via WhatsApp and even shared the error message I received. However, instead of resolving the issue and refunding the unintentional multiple charges caused by their system error, the company refused to take responsibility. I was directed to multiple teams which first didn’t help me.
After weeks of back and forth, I was informed that I had supposedly received confirmation emails and, as a result, only one of the purchases was refunded. This is despite the fact that I encountered four separate error messages (Error 500) during the transactions, resulting in a total charge of nearly €1,000.
It’s unreasonable to expect a customer to check for confirmation emails when your website clearly states that a transaction error occurred and advises contacting support if the issue persists—which is exactly what I did.
This experience has been incredibly frustrating and unprofessional. The lack of accountability and resolution for errors caused by their system makes me question the integrity of this company. Avoid this site at all costs, total scam!

Tickets arrived fast, almost directly to the email. I could reach them easily at Gigsbergs webpage. I am superhappy for the opprtunity Gigsberg and the people selling tickets there gave me to see this concert. I've even got a better view in the arena than I should have had buying from the arena webpage! Booked 3 days before concert!

I bought a Charli XCX ticket in august. I was told that my ticket may arrive a week in advance or two days before the event. I received my ticket two days before the event through a Ticketmaster transfer which I was really happy about as I didn’t know how the ticket would work but really pleased it was a Ticketmaster one. I also had no issues adding it to my apple wallet which was really useful. Got to the concert and all worked out ! Very happy with the service from Gigsberg keeping me updated with emails and even a WhatsApp message to make sure everything was okay and that I received my ticket and that the transfer was successful.
Would definitely use Gigsberg again :)

went through the process of purchasing tickets, got to the end...Error code 500!! Not knowing if i had tickets, went else where, only to find there was no error, and sale had gone through. so now with too many Tickets, complained to Gigsberg, who's response was tough, its in the terms and conditions. Turns out error 500 is a bug......

Bought ticket to Rammstein event in Serbia on March 13. The tickets became available online on May 15th, 10 days before the event. It was PDFs we printed before the event.
It was expensive, but we visited the show!

Good communication and efficient. As other reviews say, it was very last minute getting tickets but tickets arrived 24 hours before event and support centre was very responsive when I got in touch worried to not have tickets. Moral of story - Don’t stress if tickets are late…
