Efficient provision of tickets
E-tickets were sent well in advance of concert date which was pleasing. Couldn’t add them to Apple wallet which was disappointing however just a minor issue.

Truly awful experience from start to finish
Truly awful experience from start to finish. Unfortunately I bought tickets through Gigsberg and I've regretted it. I changed my address on their website a long while before the concert but 3 months later the tickets were sent to my old address 4 days before the gig!!! As I had forked out over £600 you can imagine how stressful that was. You have no direct contact to the seller so I contacted Gigsberg on multiple occasions and they were more than useless. First they told me I had signed for the tickets as there was a signature?!?! (the person living at the old address had...), then they told me the tickets had gone to my new address which they hadn't as I could see on the tracking. Then they told me to contact royal mail to get my tickets?!?!. It would have been so easy for Gigsberg to simply ask the seller where the tickets had been sent but they didn't bother to do that. I had to do my own detective work. Luckily the people at my old address kindly sent the tickets on to me which cost them over £13. I asked Gigsberg to cover this postal fee at the very least. They asked for receipts so I sent them photos. I then heard nothing from them whatsoever. I suspect most of the messages seem to come back automatically from bots. If you want security this is not the company to go for. They are like old ticket touts. After very quick and easy fast money they don't care about you in any shape of form. I have three words to sum them up. RIP OFF MERCHANTS. STAY AWAY

Bought the tickets to Bob Dylan's concert
Bought the tickets to Bob Dylan's concert. Since I'm not from the UK, tickets have been delivered to the hotel I was staying in. I got constant email and what's app updates, so I felt I was well taken care of. All in all, A+ experience.

Great experience
This website was the last hope to go to Linkin Park concert in Paris. Everything went smoothly, the customer support answered my questions. After the purchase, I was receiving update emails on the status of the ticket and it arrived on time before the concert.

Received the tickets 2 days before the event
I ordered the ticket 4 weeks prior to the event and i received them 2 days prior to the event. So i was quiet anxious but all went well and i was happy 😊. And Gigsberg already informed me that it could happen that i receive the tickets just a few days prior to the event.

High level of customer service
Very happy with the high level of customer service. The tickets came through within a couple of hours through a Ticketmaster transfer.
There were multiple emails and a WhatsApp message to ensure everything was ok, so if there had been problems, I would be confident of getting help.
Would purchase again.
