Trustworthy, fast, reliable
Quick, easy, got quick reply when I asked a question via email. Had no issues with the tickets.
Went to Linkin Park in Paris. All was great. Emily fckng killed it <3. Anyway, I recommend gigsberg if you didn't manage to get a regular ticket.

Be wary of purchasing tickets from this company, you are not buying direct from them but from a third party who sells through their platform. I recently purchased 2 tickets for Il Divo in Nottingham at a cost of £207, when arriving at the venue our tickets were invalid as the seats sold to us were none existent at that venue, I contacted Gigsberg the next day who said they would investigate, but I have heard nothing further from them

Fantastic! Got 2 Chris Stapleton tickets on Saturday past for the next day and got the tickets all send threw ticket master. After seeing bad reviews I emailed them worried I wasn't getting my tickets the replied very quickly and explained the process to me and send messages on day to make sure everything had went ahead ok. Sold out show was over joyed when I got there and the tickets scanned and got in with no issues 🙂🙂

Never used before, brought tickets at 4.30pm for a gig at 7pm that evening. Was phoned and emailed with what to do which was very simple, and we had a fab evening with some fab priced tickets!
