10/10 You can trust this site!
I was very nervous about using Gigsberg, as I was buying birthday concert tickets and had never used them before… however, I’m pleased to say I had the best birthday and best experience with them. They answered all my questions within 48hrs of emailing and I received the tickets about a week before the show, and they worked perfectly.
I would definitely use this site again and recommend if you’re like me and were nervous to use a second-party site you’d never seen before… use this one! It was honestly such a great experience, I got to buy tickets that were much better seats than I would’ve been able to get otherwise and it all worked out amazingly.

Got my Tickets, everything worked out
I got 2 Tickets from Gigsberg for Linkin Park-Hamburg. They contacted me imidietly after purchase and I had my Tickets transfered to the official Ticket-App for the Event within an hour. So in our case everything worked out great, sure we payed a little more than the original price, but we had the best time at the concert and I'd use the website again if there weren't anymore Tickets available on the official Sale.

I had a very good experience
I had a very good experience. Tickets arrived in e-mail shortly after my purchase, which was still about 4 months before the concert. However, you should definitely find out beforehand whether they check the names on your tickets at the venue where the concert is held, because obviously the tickets are resold and they will have a different name on them. I was at Paris Accor Arena and they didn't check my ID, so everything went smoothly, but that might not be the case at other venues.

Failure to provide purchased ticket to Chappell Roan
I purchased a ticket from Gigsberg to Chappell Roan for my teen daughter who is a huge fan. Gigsberg sent us several emails over a few weeks saying that the ticket was guaranteed but might not be transferred to us until the day before the concert. (the night before the concert they repeated that it was guaranteed) The morning of the concert they finally told us they weren't providing the ticket. This is the worst thing to do to a fan as there is no time to find another option. Please consider carefully before using this site.
