Above and beyond
The parcel delivery service appeared to have lost the parcel. I contacted GingerFox and they immediately dispatched all my products again with 24hr delivery at no charge to me. This was amazing as I needed to get the gift to someone I wouldn't be seeing again for a while. Eventually the original parcel arrived and Ginger Fox sent over a return label and the parcel was collected from my house, couldn't have been easier. I would certainly use them again, thanks for the amazing service (not the delivery company though!).

Non Delivery
After confirming receipt of order I have heard nothing. The order has not arrived in about 10 days but now I am asked to review it. Clearly something has gone wrong. I will contact ginger fox for replacement or refund

Great customer service
I ordered a game but made an error on the post code. I contacted Ginger Fox who were amazingly understanding and agreed to resend if it didn't arrive. I thought this was first class service.

My husband Had mug from company, several years ago as present. It got a chip recently, he was upset as it was his favourite.
Managed to order exactly the same one apart from colour. He was chuffed.
