Excellent Customer Service
I was recommended Ginger Fox’s porridge mug by a friend, so ordered one each for my husband and I. They arrived promptly and were well packaged but, on opening, one was badly broken. I sent an email with a photo of the broken mug to Ginger Fox who get in touch with me almost immediately, apologising and telling me that they had dispatched another which duly arrived in perfect condition. Excellent customer service.
