Very happy with the service I received from Gingiberi! I purchased a pearl pendant necklace and a pair of pearl stud earrings. Both pieces are beautiful. The pearls have good luster and the design is elegant. I was skeptical about purchasing jewelry online. After reading many good reviews about the brand and attracted by the beautiful designs I decided to give it a try. I'm glad I did. Customer service team was very prompt answering my questions and addressing my concerns. Shipping was fast and I was notified with the shipment status all the way through to delivery. Very happy with the purchase!

Love how these pearls shine! The gold posts are a bit thin, but they stay put. I've worn them a bunch and they're holding up great.

My boyfriend ordered a pearl necklace. After a delayed delivery it reached Germany. My BF got contacted by DHL to give information for the customs authorities. Gingiberi labeled the package as a "sample" worth 5 $ while it actually cost over 1,200 €! They didn't pay or sorted out the customs as one would expect at that price point. Neither is it stated anywhere on the website that the customer would have to do it. Mind you, customs/tax would be at least 20 % on top of the price. So my best guess is they just commit tax fraud by falsely labelling the orders to avoid paying the correct tariffs. Even if just a small percentage of the orders are sorted out and checked upon arrival in Germany/EU they avoid a MASSIVE amount of costs. The website states the company is based in UK but the order was shipped from China, so the production site must also be there. Sounds like a very dubious and sketchy business practice.

I received top class customer service from Lily,of gingiberi, also promptly replaced the starry night necklace, without question when there was an issue at my end..The pieces are beautiful and delicate.

Everything about Gingiberi is amazing! Their pearl jewelry pieces are very unique, beautiful, and can be worn in different ways for a new style. I ordered a necklace, and customer service always responded promptly to my many emails and answered all my questions. The production time and shipping were both fast, and I received the product punctually. The gift packaging is beautiful, and the jewelry box that the necklace came in is one of the prettiest boxes I’ve ever seen. The piece itself is ABSOLUTELY STUNNING! The pearls are gorgeous and the craftsmanship is superb! It is everything I wished for!

One note: The chain for some of their products are thin and some people might find it difficult to open the small clasp. I prefer the dainty chain and I don't have long nails, so opening the clasp was fine for me. Since the chains are also made of solid gold or sterling silver, they are pretty sturdy so I don't have to worry too much about it breaking.

I am sincerely thankful to Lily, one of the customer service specialists, for all the help. I had an amazing experience and everyone who has seen the necklace loves it.

I was on the fence about buying a pair of pearl earrings, but took the plunge and am really happy that I did. The earrings are classic yet modern and really good quality. My only gripe is that the backs are a bit tricky to use, and the stem looks a bit bent. As long as they don’t break I’ll be happy.

Quality of pearls are not as good as what those YouTubers advertised. Wanna get a refund, the process is very troublesome. Customer service took days to reply my message. When I try to find our conversation history, it’s gone. No way to trace what the customer service officer has promised me. Will never buy anything from Gingiberi. Will not recommend it to anyone.

The packaging was perfect, and the delivery was punctual via DHL. My wife was very pleased with the double pearl earrings.

I was informed that there would be a delay in shipping, but to compensate for this I would receive a complimentary box. Promptly informed and goodwill gesture all initiated by the company, great customer service.

Their website is not the typical .co.uk. It is doubtful that they are based in England.

They may just be an e-merchant operating in an opaque way, which naturally raises questions about their product quality. Some review at sitejabber questioned their legitimacy, which doesn't seem invalid.

Do they sell genuine good jewelry? Maybe, maybe not. You will have to exercise your own judgments.

The pearl earrings are beautiful! I love the petite hoops that you can wear on their own for a more casual look. I have worn a pearl on a necklace for a nice sophisticated touch. The pearls are a substantial size with shiny luster that but when worn with the hoops are not too heavy on my ears. These perfect pearl earrings would be great for traveling because of different ways to wear them.
