No sticky residue, lots of intense long lasting hydration and the smell is heavenly . This is the first time I have used their products . I love that the scent lasts and my partner uses them also so he smells delicious too . Highly recommended from me .

I wouldn’t normally go out of my way to write a review but felt it necessary. I reached out to the Djerf team with an issue. And they did all within their power to help me. Such quick, friendly & polite replies which is surprising at this time of the year! They handled my query and fixed my problem so speedy.. I already have a replacement in the post with a tracking number. I mean that’s a company that cares about its customers right there. I will 100% be a returning customer for this service - I ADORE my robe and would recommend to all.
I really wanted to like Djerf Avenue
I really wanted to like Djerf Avenue, but after buying a few pieces, I’ve come away seriously disappointed. In my opinion, the brand markets itself as “premium,” but the actual quality doesn’t match the price tag at all. The fabrics feel thin, the construction isn’t impressive, and nothing about the items suggests they should cost anywhere near what they charge.
To me, it feels like fast fashion dressed up with aesthetic branding and influencer hype. The pieces look great in photos, but in real life they don’t hold up. For a brand that positions itself as conscious and high-end, I expected way better durability and materials. The quality does not justify the price, and I wouldn’t purchase from them again. There are plenty of brands offering genuinely well-made clothes for the same cost or less.

A great product lose its quality over time
A few years ago, I purchased the Breezy Shirt and was really happy with it. I'm not very tall, so I appreciated that the shirt wasn't too long, even though it had an oversized look. The quality back then was excellent – the fabric was thick, breathable, and not see-through at all.
Recently, I decided to buy the same shirt again in a different color, but unfortunately, I’ve been quite disappointed. The quality has noticeably declined. The fabric is now much thinner and see-through, which makes it feel cheap compared to the original version. Additionally, the shirt is now longer, even though I bought the same size as before, which no longer suits my height or preferences.
It's a shame to see such a great product lose its quality over time.

I have ordered from Djerf Avenue many times over the years and have never had any issues. I have no problem with the quality of the products and have always enjoyed what I have bought. However, when I bought items during the recent sale and had an issue receiving a refund when one of the products was out of stock, I had to deal with customer service for the first time. I found it very difficult to get them to engage with my concerns and found their tone to be very unprofessional. It’s like dealing with the mean girl in school who doesn’t have the time or patience to listen. They did not help me to get to the actual root of the problem and just kept directing me elsewhere instead of speaking to me like a person. They spoke in hypotheticals such as ‘This would have been done…’. I think you can only judge a company based on when your experience is going badly. This will be the last order I place with Djerf Avenue for this reason. My issue is still unresolved and it won’t be resolved because I simply cannot deal with them any further.

I did not receive full order of all products ! I contact them milion time to solve situation as i understand it could happen - but they workers on customer service are extremly unproffesional and refuse to fix it. I do it with my bank after send all proofs. I dont recomende !

I have been looking on the website for a couple of months now and have been eyeing up the Terry cloth Fruit headband and the matching makeup organizer. I am obsessed with the print and style.
i placed the makeup organizer in my basket and then kept refreshing the page for the headband to drop. Immediatly i checked out and waited for my confirmation email ... only to find that the headband wasn't in my basket!!!!!!
i really wanted to headband so decided to do a second order, the problem was the shipping was slightly more expensive for me as i am based out of Sweden and ended up with £22.00 of shipping!
I thought i would contact customer service to see if it was possible to join my orders together and refund me for the shipping, i thought it was a long shot as shipping costs are never really refunded but i was left thoroughly surpirsed when i got my email from Djerf confirming they will refund me the shipping.
Want to say a massive Thankyou to the Djerf team for their quick response and effective customer service. No matter what your thought may be on Matilda, you cannot deny the exceptional customer care in this company and for that reaosn will continue to support 💘 Thankyou Djerf x
Received wrong towel
For Christmas I was wishing for your beautiful towel in the color ‘Summer Island’. I got a little sad when I opened the package and saw a towel with the ‘Summer Berries’ print.. I checked my mom’s email for the order confirmation from you, and she ordered the correct towel, but you sent the wrong one (even though it too is beautiful..)
Horrible customer service - feels like a scam
Horrible customer service. I issues an order 20 days ago and I haven't received a shipping confirmation until now although I was sent an email that my order will be shipped 10 days ago? Since then I reached out to customer service via Email and Instagram four times and have not heard back at all. It seems like a scam to be honest!

Matilda Djerf is an awful person and bully in her own company. Money and fame has made her into a monster. I used to work for a narcissist in the past and can relate to a terrible work environment.

If I could give 0 stars I would, found a fly on my rope and when I contacted customer service they told me it was probably manufacture fault, they did not refund me or anything. Not to mention the horrible customer service and how the owner is a bully and totally incapable to run a company.

Djerf Avenue really has the worst quality items. They greenwash by saying they are using “recycled polyester”, however, that doesn’t make it less plastic and hence it is still horrible quality. Customer service is furthermore completely horrible. Never out to help or find a solution to a problem. It also costs money to return items, considering the size of the brand, this is relatively weird. Have really never had anything but negative experiences with this brand. Agnes that replied to me in customer service, was rude and unhelpful despite me being nothing but rationale and polite. I would really sustain from buying from this brand, there are so many brands that offer the same type of styles with better quality. In my opinion, this brand is tricking their customers in many ways - for instance, the insanely high price for bad material items.
