Why do a pop up store no right for the…

Why do a pop up store have no right for the customers to change products or get money back, if they regret the buying? I have been reading the receipt telling that you have no right to get money back or return anything if you buy products in pop up store. In my case this was in Stockholm for about two months ago. I dont recommend anyone to buy her products in pop up store.

Two of the products also had defects and I didnt cause it myself. I have followed the instructions how to care about the products. If this is sustainability and recycled material on the clothes, what does that mean when quality is low and price is quite high and especially for the youngest customers. I am older so I am quite ok with it but I will NEVER return as customer again to this company.

Remember, you buy Matilas dream and ethics. Look also at the news today how her staff is treated and I loose all my confidence I once had for Matilda. I guess she is too famous for being humble for the fact that customers pays for her products. Quality and kindness wins in the end.

There are also laws about what rights a customer have in Sweden. Its interesting how it changed so radical with one influenzers idea what a cusomer mean. Be careful and read through your receipts well.

Return policy is zero or extremly limited. Watch out.

Withdrew Support in Support of 10 workers

Notwithstanding the recent controversy regarding abusive leadership, the Breezy Shirt Black 109.00 EUR in 2022 is the worst product I have ever bought. It is see through, unstructured, and the moment I put it in the washer, it fell apart. I bought it in support of Ms. Djerf and her projected "value" in inclusiveness, sizing and value-based. Given the hefty price tag I bought for support of value, it is time I withdrew my support. Disappointed in the leadership. I am an actual consumer: #173158 (Breezy Shirt S Black and Daily Tube Top Black, Black, XXS)

Do not buy from her

Do not buy from her. She's an abusive and horrible person. There's also articles written about her in Sweden with statement from old coworkers and she is just awful as a person. Do not endorse her.

Expensive, low quality and poor customer serivce.

First purchase was not an issue but the quality of the shirt was very bad and it was decently expensive. Now I purchased a robe and they went on sale literally a couple hours after I ordered. Emailed them to cancel/adjust the price and they had supposedly already shipped the item. I had to cancel, pay for return shipping, re-purchase, and pay for shipping again. Very hard to deal with them. Bunch of better options out there. They are not concerned about customer retention or not being wasteful.

Placed an order 3 days ago for a dressing gown for my granddaughter for Xmas. Today received an email from them offering me 35% discount amounting to £40 which was obviously done on purpose.
I immediately emailed them asking them to refund the discount amount but thy wrote back with a standard - “Kindly note that we do not offer price adjustments on any order placed before our birthday celebrations.”
There are many poor reviews on here from disgruntled customers and I’m one more.
Never will I purchase anything from these scammers again!!!

Unethical and false marketing

Company policies are absolutely unethical and customer service is horrendous. They make it seem like shipping from both US and EU warehouses is a good thing for the customer but in reality you now have to pay high shipping costs from both countries because now your order dollar amount is split so you will not qualify for free shipping anymore in both regions. And even when you manage to buy even more to meet free shipping, they still charge you $5.95 (discounted from $19) so it’s absolutely NOT free at all. Not only that, but they do not honor price adjustments for orders made 1 day before a sale which is not only bad for the environment because they are using warehouses in different countries, but not cost effective for the customer at all. They are more concerned about spending money on online marketing and influencers it seems than their customers and products (given reviews re product quality). I have also heard that employees are treated awfully by the owner so why would the company care about their customers, but this is a total let down because I really liked Matilda.

There was also someone who used a promo code on their order, received their package, then customer service emailed them demanding them to pay what the promo code saved them or return their order. And then there was an experience about a missing 14$ item in someone’s package and the company gave them a hard time and refused to send it and insinuated the customer was lying, What a scam of a company.

I really should have gone and looked through comments on social media about how they treat actual customers prior to wasting my time with them because the only people with positive experiences received free products or are paid to market.

Send a little prayer everytime you buy from them

The quality has gone downhill since they first started. Customer service will take weeks to resolve your issue. If you make a purchase here, you better pray their product isn’t faulty or you don’t need to exchange for another size because if you do, you’ll be waiting several weeks for them to get back to you for the exchange.

The quality isn’t the best for the products and the price tag. Also they charge over £15!! For returns yet they never give you the option to have “express shipping” on delivery but charge it you to send it back.

Not made to last as marketed

I once purchased a blazer from this brand a few months ago and I wear it quite often.
And I really love it, BUT…
They market this blazer to be made to last for years…long story short I paid 189€ for a blazer whose inner lining is now starting to ripple. I had to sew it myself, but this is not what I expect from an item of that price point that is supposed to last for far longer than I have worn it so far.
I love the blazer, but the quality of the stitches and the finer details need some closer attention.
