Bad quality expensive price. I ordered an XL pants and it doesn’t even fit on my 13yo son. Not as showing in the picture

I made the mistake of not ordering one item first to check the quality of the product. Instead, I spent $400.00 on 8 items 2 months ago. I still have not received everything. The first shirt was size L red, long t-shirt with a scoop bottom edge. The size tag was cut out, and it must have been a XXS. A JOKE! The phone number is bogus— no one will ever answer and they will never call back. I tried several times. I wrote them from FB and got an email. Twice they did not reply to my question as to why the tag was cut out. I take medium and ordered large, so that if it was too large, I could at least have it altered.
One by one others arrived. t-shirt necks were way too deep, lengths in body and arms far too small, widths too snug. They're saving fabric, by using as little as possible. However, my leather shoes were way too large! I ordered them a size smaller knowing they were soft leather with breathable holes and would stretch. Me feet swim in them and the leather hangs.
The company first offered me 25% off to order more to get a "size more suitable" and no refund. After writing them again and pressing them, they have offered me a 10% refund on the items I'm unhappy with, but they have not yet applied that, and 2 weeks have passed. A class action lawsuit in the making?
They also told me I would have to ship each item back to each, separate manufacturer and the international fees would be enormous. No return shipping. I'm on a witch hunt to review them wherever, however I can. Hopefully, this will deter their business. TOTAL SCAM!!!

Giovoss is a scam!!!!! They need to put a stop to it for false advertising i ordered on the 6th of July and haven’t received anything!!! And the best part of everything is paypal is also stealing your money because they are there to make sure you get your item and they get they’re money!!!! My money has been paid without me receiving my item!!!!!

I ordered a jacket a month ago and have not received it. The customer service is useless and keeps saying it is on the way. I wanted to cancel my order as I seriously don't think I will not receive the jacket. The customer service refused to give me refund. This could be a scam website.

I ordered two XL shirts and got two XS shirts with the tags ripped off. Waste of time to order anything from this what ever you want to call them. I would attach pictures to post if I could. Straight crappie crappie crap!!!!!!!!

The worst $*/t ever!!!!!!! Don't and I mean don't order from them!!!! There has got to be something we can do!!!! We need to group up and blast them in a way there company crashes to the ground and underneath it. Got a email from them and still waiting for the return address for me to send it back I'll waste the damn money and send there siht back. I'll keep posting on everything about them ever place I can I'll waste my time doing this till I feel I have paid myself back on the money I lost with this siht they sent me. #Iwontstopcantstop!!!!!!!! I'll be the thorn in there @$$!!!!!!!!!

I can't believe this company is still in business. Customer service is useless and they just steal your money. Products are not quality. They fooled me for the first time but it won't happen to me or someone else any longer.

not sure why there's so much hate on here. Just got my package from them, bought the item on the 22nd of July, so not a bad turnaround.

I did email them regarding when i would receive the item and they never got back to me. But the clothes fit fine and look really good.

One bit of advice......whatever size you are? order 1 size up

I place online orders all the time and have NEVER had a worse experience. It took forever to actually receive the order and when we did they were little boys size and were supposed to be a men's 30 waist and these won't even fit my youngest nephew they are so small. So I contacted Gio Voss and 3 days later they responded by telling me sorry we can not exchange merchandise but if I wanted I could pay $40 for shipping to return them to the manufacturer and then I could get my money back for the shorts.

I, like many others, also wish I’d looked up the reviews of the company before purchasing. I ordered a pair of button-up linen shirts. These shirts are PAPER thin. Not only are my tattoos visible, but my nipples can also be clearly seen! Possibly an over-share, but they’re literally THAT transparent!! Then, the salt in the wound: the sizing. I felt there was a possibility they would be a little small (happened before) so I bought a slightly larger size; just in case. I’m tall with a lean built, so I typically wear a LT (Large/Tall) or more commonly an slim cut XL since they meet the height requirement; but without that broad or boxed look. The shirts wear marketed as a slim cut, so I ordered a XXL. The shoulder-to-waist length fits like a S-medium and the sleeve length like a Large that shrank. 🤦‍♂️ In conclusion: poor quality fabric, paper thin material, wildly inaccurate size system, and long shipping time gives Giovoss a review rating of ‘1 of 5 stars’. Don’t do it.

Absolutely terrible customer service. Shame they are not on Google Maps because I would like to write this everywhere possible. They sent me tinny pants and t shirts (ordered Ls and XLs). The cloth is cheap plastic, imitation textile. Took ages to arrive and when I said I wanted a refund they asked me to send them back and pay for postage, I ended spending another 24 euros. Strongly recommend to not order from this scam of a clothing brand which I found on Instagram. I wish I found this page with these reviews before I ordered.

Deeply wish I had studied this review site before making a purchase - order made and payment taken over TWO MONTHS ago, and still no delivery. From what i'm reading here anyway from customers who did receive product, won't be expecting more than a tissue like product, which looks unlikely to ever arrive. Feel utterly scammed and defrauded, and will be making efforts to have my money refunded and to bring the site to the attention of the authorities.

They are scam and they buy their product less than a $ and sell it for over $50! The items are the cheapest quality ever! Some of the items that we received had two different label’s on them ! Different name !! Ordered x large but they are not even fitting a 10 years old ! All they offered was 15% back ! They earning their money by posting the cheap item on a 99% profit and then less than 15%! Do not waste your money - all Australian and the world need to know about this !!!!!

I bought a pair of pants there. Really too small. On my first email they have responded. The second one no longer. While clearly stated on their website that you are entitled to a refund of your money within one week without giving reasons. My God, they are just scammers. Do not buy people. They stole 40 euros from me. Scumbuckets.

Shipped items that do not match size on website. Also very cheap fabrics. Shipped back after the first second order came two weeks apart. They claimed it was last 5 days to return on first item so it voided the second item too. I explained I had to wait for second item of the same order to ship back because it’s half the price of material. They denied claim because I didn’t ship as a gift which violates trade law.

American Express gave the money back. Thank God for ethical businesses who care about customers.

I placed an order with this company for a t-shirt (#68651) based on the size US chart they have on their website. I selected L, again based on the dimensions they'd provided. When I got the t-shirt, it wouldn't even fit my 11 year old. First they took almost 4 weeks to deliver from the time I ordered. And second they sent a mis-fit size. Which was way off, not like one size smaller, but many sizes smaller. By their standards, I'd actually need a XXL and not L. I'd not recommend anyone buying from them. They will just rip you off your money, that's all. Totally disgusted with their service and quality. Shockingly disappointed!!!!

The product arrived and I was disappointed as it is a cheap knockoff. The size was way off. The return policy is horrendous. Save your time and money shop else where.

i read the reviews and thought i would take a chance and purchase anyway and got screwed. no return policy so it better fit .
