The company is misleading because everything is based out of China, so when you order with the free shipping, don't expect your item to come in the normal, reasonable timeframe. My item came in about three weeks. I was also disappointed with the quality, you get what you pay for! The Felice shorts are cheaply made with very thin material, not what you see when you look at their ad on-line. I will not be ordering through this company again. I should have checked the other reviews before I bought anything.

Awful. Long wait time for product, and when it finally did arrive it was horrible quality. Would never order from them again.

Scammer I didn't receive my goods and they were complaining about bad weather since may till today. The is no delivery

Sizes are two small. the product is cheap cheap cheap. Dollar store quality. Zero returns and I am stuck with a ripped shirt.

It really looks like a scam, I have never received the item even if they say it has been delivered!!!

Tracking number says it has been delivered but nothing arrived.
Contacted the customer service and they reply 'According to our tracker, your parcel has been successfully delivered. Please visit your local post office and provide them with the tracking number, they may have your product.' which does not seem to be true

Tracking site is half Chinese and does not provide useful information

This is an absolute conned Merchant
They send the worse quality cloths with the size of 2 years old child and they offer you a discount of 15%
All I can say is please read the review before you buy anything from them
they have to take responsibility and some one need to protect customers!

Everything runs 2 sizes smaller than you would think. I ordered 2XL to be safe it wasn't even close to fitting. It was like a men's medium. Totally waste of hard earned $$

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE Don't order anything from this company they are a total rip off. I ordered about 4 items of them. Long delivery time, But wen clothes turned up all weeks apart OMG the linon shirt was so cheap and NASTY it was that thin you could see my nipples Clearly through it plus it was so small my nephew could not get it on. All the items where so cheaply made they would not last one wash and the sizes far to small. My last item was a sweatshirt, I put it on and it nearly choked me it was that tight around my kneck and it was a large. They reply as you have to pay to send it back. Yes buy wrapping paper you pay for postage pay for parking pay for petrol to get post office then queue for long time to return items that are wrongly sized. One top is so thin it was like wearing a pair if women's tites with sleeves. Save your money their prices are not cheap but their clothes are. Waisted my birthday money on this company. PLEASE don't do the same. BRIAN

Do you want something from this brand? Think twice. After one month I finally received the product (from China). And the quality is terrible, with the price we pay we can get much better quality in any outlet. So after contact them to return the item as I'm unsatisfied, this is their answer:

Just read all the reviews. Wow, not going to purchase the two fleece shorts I almost bought! Thanks guys!

Definitely wouldn't buy from here again. Product when arrived was cheap and smaller than expected. Tried to return and was made as hard as possible. Offered a 25% refund and we could keep the product, what business does this? Asked for tracked return and so wasn't cost effective to return. I was also asked to put it was a gift on the returns packet which also makes me think it's dodgy. Buy from sites you know is my advice.

This company is not to be trusted. Ordered something over a month ago. Still no sign of it. We need to run a campaign across the internet to ensure they do not take other people’s money with no intention of sending out goods. My concern is they now have my bank details. I am going to raise a fraud complaint with my bank.

Horrible!! took over a month, item was way to small and had a hole in them. Tried to reach out to Giovoss, no response. Save your money.

Unbevielable that this kind of sites can be active for so long, while so many people experienced that they bought a cat in a bag... !!! They must be banned straight away
