Very sad during this Covid 19 crisis Girlings had offered help. I am key NHS worker and I temporary lost Job due to most of suspended Out patients Heart assessments. As I am in Limbo with my Furlough pay I asked for Rent deduction or Rent Holiday or Payment Plan as I dont know how long lock down will last I need to have some money for food and electricity. I was able to pay 50 % rent for this and also I am able to pay 50 % next month. I am in shock that now Landlord/ Girlings demanding FULL RENT IN TIME. What a world.

Very happy with the way people helped to get this organised for mum in a short time. Helpful staff who returned calls and answered questions. I was organising this for mum from 300 miles away and appreciated the staff's efforts to make the move for mum as easy as possible. Minor problems like a damaged cupboard door were sorted quickly. The accidental pull of the emergency bell resulted in an almost immediate visit when mum did not answer the intercom and a follow up call to my sister as next of kin. Overall very happy with Girlings Rentals.

Girlings are excellent and very professional, whilst also being friendly. They get things done, in a timely manner. I have used Managing Property Agents previously, when I owned a property and rented it out. They were terrible! I had to end up micro managing them! Just left a privately rented property, with a useless Property Management Co, together with the Estate Agents and Landlord. Ignored all my emails regarding leaks etc and finally fixed a couple of things, just before I was due to leave after 2 years! So nice to finally have a rental Company who know what they are doing. Thank You.
