This company used to be great. However I ordered some joggers back in April and still haven’t received them and they don’t respond to emails to sort it or provide a refund. Really shame to be honest!!

Item has still not arrived. My emails have not been answered and I have provided the order number on instagram and still no update

I’ve bought outfits from girl knows all for years! All really good quality, I’ve still got hoodies from lockdown the ‘make hugging great again’ my boyfriend wears it lol. I’m sure there used to be matching toddler clothes on sale and now I have a toddler I wish they would come back.

I ordered over 2 weeks ago and haven’t received my order and nobody will reply to my emails.

I have loved this brand for years and have lots of their items but I have found that the length of the jumpers has drastically changed. The thing I like the most about this brand is the quality, the material is great. But the hoodies I have bought recently have been quite short. I have around 5 hoodies which I love because they go below my bum, but the two I have bought recently have been much shorter, and I probably won’t buy any more because of this. Also the neck line on some of the t-shirts are very high, it feels more like a men’s T-shirt than women’s. The sizing of the leggings isn’t great too, and I will have to return these due to them riding down after every step, even though they are the correct size.

This is my first purchase from this brand. I received my delivery & thought care had gone into the packing. Once I removed the items I noticed great quality material and colours. I love the placement & subtlety of the ‘Girl Knows All’ logo. Will definitely be buying again !!

Confirmation of shipping was delayed and 3 sake items were not available and was refunded. This in itself wasn’t a problem, just really disappointed that it took so long to find out as it was for a birthday present and a Christmas present. X

Poor Poor customer support and took a very long time to send but they did refund delivery which was a nice touch.

Have emailed numerous times and messaged on instagram and no response
Used to order from here and had no problem untill now

They’ve sent me the wrong item and they’re ignoring my requests to rectify it

Products are exactly what I am looking for - comfy loungewear made with good material and cool designs. Love the premium collection designs and only wish they bought out more. Can’t wait for the next drop!

I received a dispatch email 20 days after my order only to not receive the items.
I have emailed 3 times as well as reach out on social media but not have had a reply.
I have raised a dispute with my bank who have advised they won’t heard back from the merchant until February 2025!
Completely unacceptable.

Still waiting for my parcel that I ordered on the 5th of October not had any dispatch e-mail and can’t get any communication from the company to get any sort of refund.

I used to love Girl Knows All, the products were amazing quality and really affordable. The pieces I have from 2-6 years ago are still going really strong and the quality is still amazing for pieces i wear on a weekly basis. I would usually order multiple times each year. However the items I have received within the past year have been awful! I paid around £100 for a premium collection tracksuit and the hoodie pocket came ripped as well as awful stitching and unravelling and I took this as a one off and payed privately for the item to be repaired. I’ve also noticed the material/writing fades so easily after just one wash! All the items I bought a year ago which I have hardly worn in comparison to previous years are completely ruined and unwearable. I also purchased one of their lucky dip bags for £40 earlier this year and the items were abysmal, poor quality and mismatched sizing. These bags consisted of items I had seen reduced on their sale section for years! I complained and received a refund in the form of a gift card for the bag even though they were labelled as ‘non refundable’ as the items were so awful and they received a lot of complaints. I then used the gift card in their sale section to repurchase the same items I had from last year that I already had but were now ruined. After two weeks I noticed the item had not been dispatched, I contacted them to be told it was out of stock, so of course I asked for a refund? Yet over a month later I have still not received this refund, I contacted their customer service and had a nice conversation with Victoria who ensured she would look into this for me. Another month has now passed and I still haven’t received a refund, I contacted customer services again and this time I haven’t even received a reply. The quality of the items and their customer service has SEVERALLY declined within the last year and they have lost a very loyal customer, I have recommended their products to everyone I know over the past 6 years but I am extremely disappointed with their behaviour. Prices continue to increase while quality and their customer service continues to decrease.

Placed an order 28/09/24 and hasn’t arrived. Have tried to contact them 3 times now and no reply. Have requested a refund but that will probably get ignored as well.

I received the wrong order and contact customer services. I have not received a reply as of yet.

Took 4 days to despatch and arrived 2 days after dispatch. My only issue is with their sizing. I’m usually a L-XL in t-shirts and so I purchased a XXL and it fit like a L. It was snug rather than oversized. Liked the graphic design so much that I ended up keeping it. Not plus-size friendly.

My order did not arrive. They are not responding to my message. My daughter tried to contact them via instagram and they blocked her. I think this company is in financial trouble as they will not refund my order nor send my goods. Be aware of this site. Hit and miss as to whether you receive your goods

Terrible customer service.

I have been trying to get a response from them regarding a return that was sent over a month ago and still cannot get a single reply from them on Instagram or email do not waste your money

I’m really disappointed in this company I love the clothing and it was my second order they’ve charged me for two T-shirts and a hoody and I didn’t receive the T-shirts sent numerous emails, tried to contact on instagram and haven’t recieved anything atall back
