I was so reluctant about the fit because I’m a small, curvy 5ft girl. But these red ski jogger trousers are so snug and are perfect!!

Lovely items .. one negative .. the length of the time the item ordered takes to arrive .. only negative I can think of.. great quality.. always get a reduced price when promotions on ..

Absolutely dreadful experience from start to finish. Do not bother ordering from this company. This was my fourth and fifth order with them. What does it take to receive a response from their customer service? I reached out countless times via email and Social Media DMs to make it right and had to put so much energy into resolving an issue that was their fault. My orders were first very late to be dispatched. Then sent to the wrong address and customs were applied. However, I never received these details to clear customs as they supplied the wrong contact information. I must say that this is the worst, most appalling service I've experienced. Being ignored when there are issues with your orders isn't acceptable. I will initiate a charge back with my bank.

Good quality clothing

I have bought from Girl Knows All before and haven’t had a problem but this time i put in a large order and there was a missing item. I have contacted customer care 7 times through different ways and they have not got back to me. I am now going through my card company to try and get my money back. It’s a shame but i will never buy from this company again. They need to sort out their customer care, communication and put their customers first. The quality isn’t as good as it was as my first sweaters were excellent and washed and washed and washed. The feel of them aren’t as nice either.

Didn’t receive my order, it was left in a bin and when I checked my bins it’s not there (I didn’t request this - I was in all day) I know this isn’t their fault BUT…

I raised this over a week ago, it took them 3-4 days to bother replying and I even chased up to get a response initially.

This was over a week ago now and I’ve still not had any update. I don’t even want the order anymore I just want my refund. Spent over £100 and would expect better customer service. You didn’t even apologise!

It looks like I’ll have to dispute this with Klarna.

Still 0 help from the company - wouldn’t bother ordering because if anything goes wrong they’re 0 help.

First time ordering from here, first had an issue with the website glitching so didn’t allow me to purchase during the time the discount was on. I contacted and the discount code was given to me which was helpful. I placed an order it arrived but the hoodie has rip in the cotton on the pocket and it is noticeable with the pocket being in the middle. Not only that the white tshirt I ordered has two black marks on it. Really not happy. Contacted online and since sending photos I have received no further assistant! Really not happy!

I like my hoodie but i got the wrong color that i ordered first time ordering from you guys i was not impressed.

Only critique is that some of the items are slightly bobbly material.

This was my first time ordering and I only received 1 items out of 5. I’m missing 3 pairs of joggers and a crewneck. I have my receipt in the bag and only one pair of joggers came.

I ordered a jumper and a t shirt. The quality is fantastic! Especially the t shirt. Thick material and amazing design. Packaging was lovely too. Will definitely be ordering again!

Love my jumper so much, I've ordered another! Lovely soft material and looks amazing. Some people have commented about arriving 'bobbly'.. which it did, but I loved it even more for that. It felt worn in and cosy from the get go. Love love love.

Great products, so comfy and the quality is incredible. They are lovely and cosy due to the soft material in the jumpers. Great thick material of the T-shirts too. The delivery also came super quick!

This is my absolute fav brand! The material is such good quality! I've ordered from them 4 times now and I don't suppose I will stop. Next thing I need to order is the joggers!!
Only downfall is how long delivery takes but understand it's a small business.

Very poor quality. Thin material & hoody was already bobbly. Gutted as I was going to order more from your new collection.
