good value for money, quick and efficient service

Amazing fast service. I stumbled apon this site looking for a something a little different to add to my sisters hen party. I ordered the personalised doll with only a week before the event. I received an email with updates as soon as it was in production and thought I would maybe be a little cheeky and ask if it could be sent out as soon as possible, I was never expecting to get a reply tbh but not only did I get a reply I was notified it was sent. I got it exactly when they said it would be and were so helpful! Thank you so much it was a hit and is also now a keepsake.

Picture elongated so a little disappointing

Ordered a printed frame for a wedding present. Unfortunately the frame arrived cracked but a replacement was sent out immediately without any hassle. Very happy with my purchase and delivery was fast! Highly recommend

Spoilt my surprise for my mum who lost my lovely brothers so young 😢 my lantern was printed wrong put letter ys with dots above them what person would want them!!! IF emojis was not allowed why did they not leave them blank so could not give it to her also did not arrive in time even though I paid for 24hour delivery!!! Customer service ben very sarcastic about the situation n didn't care tried to blame me for wrong print!!! Hang on I didn't notice emojis was not allowed but when u press preview it showed hearts as being fine!!! I will never order from this company again!!! Customer service 0 stars becareful n check your order and read their small print which I didn't do

Loved the way the candle holder turned out… however, there is a little chip/ mark on the front of the candle holder but it’s not that noticeable.

Only used here after being let down by another company and googling the product I'd been after, so wish I'd come across here first! Great quality item and absolutely beautiful, partner loves it, was made and arrived to him in 4 days (other company didn't achieve that and nothing had arrived a month later which was well past our anniversary) Would highly recommend and will be using Give Personalised Gifts again

Good price lovely present and delivered promptly

Almost double the price and changed the build and materials of the mini me for the worse. Used to me of teddy like construction now it's a flimsy sock.I guess it's so they can bang them out quicker which to be fair it came a lot quicker than last time. Personally I'd rather wait longer for the old style
