Fabulous quirky product, arrived promptly, well packaged and in one piece

The mug ended up exactly as ordered with my personal script and picture

Lovely Christmas baubles but as they are gifts would have been nice to come in gift box of some sort.

UPDATE:
I have received an update from the company explaining the situation and it has all been resolved. Hermes had received my parcel but had not updated their system, in good faith Give Personalised Gifts contacted Hermes and resolved the issue will update this to a 5 star review when I receive the package and see the quality of the item.

I recently ordered a hip flask for my friends birthday which was supposed to arrive at latest on Wednesday (8/9/2021). It cost me close to £30 ,which I felt was great value for money with all the personalisations, however as of writing this review Hermes has still not received the package and I havent received an email explaining if the company is currently trying to sort out a lot of various items for other people or they haven't been working over the past week. I am willing to change this review to a much higher star rating if I receive an explanation of the issue and the issue is resolved. Ultimately, I would not recommend buying from this site for the speedy delivery that the other users have claimed. Hopefully this will be resolved soon...

The wine did not come in a gift box. It is a gift and although it wasn’t shown as part of the wine it ought to have come along with it. I wasn’t happy paying £16 for a bottle of wine and had to buy a gift box separately.
