Thank you for your feedback. We do try our best to prevent customer errors and mistakes by including a copy of the personalisation in the order confirmation email so that customers can check and can flag any mistake they may have made during the ordering process with us.
All our products are personalised exactly as ordered by the Customer. It is very difficult for us to alter a product where the Customer did not notice their mistake until after the product has been made. Nonetheless, we have always and will continue to work with customers where possible to fix any mistake that they may have made when entering their personalisation.

Good quality mat but feint colour wording
The quality of the mat appears to be good but I was disappointed with the depth of colour for the wording. Obviously it will wear off quite quickly because people wipe their feet on it but from the beginning it was very feint (probably in no small measure due to the colour of the brown ink(?) used). I’m guessing that black would have been a better colour for the wording.

Personalised gift has additional letters
Ordered a gift to be personalised. Came to me with random letters/ writing on as well as the name I wanted. They told me the batch they received had the writing on as standard yet I find it hard to believe nobody spotted this either before or after it was personalised. I have emailed them and they have replied once saying they will send a replacement and nothing... I've contacted them since as It was a present and I want it sending to the person's address who's present it is but yet no contact whatsoever!!!
Avoid at all costs and if you have young children.... Get them to write as they will do a much better job than these clowns!!

Your bar mat was personalised with an additional s because as stated in the product description page the bar mat should be personalised only with a name of up to 12 characters. There was no need for you to add 'S as ‘S Bar’ is a fixed text. We will also ensure we learn from this experience to prevent this happening again by highlighting in red and in bold on the product page that S Bar is a fixed text. Nonetheless as soon as we received your email, we responded to you immediately offering to send you a replacement. We are sorry that you to attend a party empty handed
