I ordered a mug for an 80th birthday. It was of their favourite football team and could state name and age to be put on. I looked 3 times and so did someone else. We understood the name on first line age second line. It arrived quicker than expected. It was their name but not the 80. After rude emails off them saying that's what I ordered I was told the 80 should have gone in another part. Their website isn't great. But I asked to begin with if I could return and have it corrected. But no they were so rude and after spending 12.95 we have had to give the gift with name in one and the 80 is so small on another shirt it's only when they told me I saw it. Wouldn't even use them again and believe me I wouldn't recommend them. Their customer service is a disgrace.

I was delighted with the service every step of the way. The quality of the fleece is absolutely gorgeous, it was bought as a valentine's day gift for my wife, she will be overwhelmed as it is fabulous. Great value for money

I bought a teddy as a last minute Christmas present, not expecting it to arrive before Christmas. Absolutely delighted with my purchase. I did have to contact their customer services and they were very prompt with their reply and very helpful.
My parcel was delivered quickly well in time for Christmas. Thank you again. I would definitely recommend.

I have amended this review to 3 stars. The product I finally received at the end of January, after lots of emails to Give Personalised Gifts, was exactly as I expected and good quality. Just a shame it didn't arrive in time to give it my friend for Christmas. Better late than never I guess.

Terrible Customer Service. I messaged on the chat asking where my order was and received the response 'I don't know' - I then messaged again and was told 'There is no way order [x] will have arrived by now. We did state very clearly in red on our product page that all orders take up to 5 working days before they are ready to be dispatched. If you placed your order on Saturday, it is not yet 5 working days.' I pointed out that this is not stated clearly in red but rather in a small box in the corner of the page. I then asked for the tracking number and was told 'Since you realised it was dispatched yesterday you choose and paid for a Royal Mail 48 hour service, why then asking us where is my order? You paid for a standard Royal Mail 48 hour service, this is not a tracking service.' (There were not any other delivery options at checkout so I had no choice). I then asked for the email address to complain about the rude responses I had received but was met with 'I am not not being rude, we are trying our hardest in these difficult times to get the products out in a timely basis. Simply being sent a message that states "Where is my order" isn't nice. Sorry but we a bit of pleasantry is nice'. I asked again and eventually was given the email address. I absolutely will not be using this company ever again, I have never been spoken to so terribly by someone working in customer service. I should also point out that I attempted to raise this query via email and despite responding immediately when asked to confirm order details have yet to receive a response after 2 days. Please do not shop with this awful company.

Not a reliable company, their customer service is appalling. In very good time we made an order for a personalised gift, and suddenly today we received an email, to say order is cancelled.It is too late now for us to find an alternative. There was no word of apology or any offer of an alternative solution. We only considered this very expensive company because of their mostly favourable reviews.
