Quality hardware
Bought some solid brass, spoon end window stays to finish off refurbished Edwardian windows. These were hard to find anywhere else but G Johns had exactly what I was looking for and the description was bang on for the product I received. Quality solid brass in the right style and at a great price. Easy to order on the site and arrived 3 days later. Perfect!

Super quick delivery of pocket doors

Been messed about over door knobs.
Was told item was out of stock when ordered several weeks ago but would be available early May.
Opted to wait as it seemed just what I wanted.
Now been informed that it is still unavailable and there is no clue if and when it will be in stock.
Have requested a refund. Why do companies take orders for products they do not have?
Sales staff have been helpful...not their fault; company policies need changing.
