They have given no update on my order and im pretty sure im out the money I paid

Nobody seems to answer emails anymore about orders from two years ago. I think the lack of communication alone is worth avoiding this site. Don't bother.

It’s been about a year now and I have yet to receive my order. Everytime I email them I always get the order is being processed. When I asked for a refund I was told they were out on holiday cause of the lunar new year. This was back in January of 2025. Will never trust this vendor and do not recommend them. I am out over $100 since it’s past the time limit to dispute it.

Never received my item after 6 months. I wrote to them multiple times and they said they would look into it. Never got any answers. I got scammed because it took so long I can't figure out a way to dispute the charge now.

Easy to buy, good customer service too. Item arrived safely and I’m very satisfied! Good experience overall.

My prepaid and pre-ordered figure has not arrived. I contacted customer service, but I did not receive a response. Also, my money has not been refunded.
I don't recommend it to anyone.

When I bought a statue from GK, I was worried something bas was gonna happen in the begging of my collection for 1/4 statues. I've been scammed by other companies such as Toy Wonderland and thought I've never trust any site other than the big ones. But after pre-ordering my statue of Power and waited the months, as promised in the estimate release date the sent an invoice of the pay, time-period, and estimate shipping all in one email. And not only that, they gave me an extension of the pay date after I Informed them of a small hiccup in paying shipping. After that it was a smooth ride as GK provide the best information that can give for delivery service and shipped my package in a jiffy. Now with my statue and some others, I'm comfortable in suggesting GK to other collectors looking for all collection of their needy choice.

The item was very well packaged and looks great! There was a small amount of damage (a chip broken off of the base) that was annoying, but I know that it's hard to create these items.

I was very pleased with the communication. I had a lot of concerns about a preorder which they handled well.

I ordered a figurine and nothing ever arrived and they never responded to my emails

I love this figure! It’s great the only criticism (other than the fact they forgot his scars☠️ ik it’s nit picky the one on his stomach is obvious I feel like) I can give is that for some reason the ice doesnt sit securely into his hand. I don’t know if that’s just my figure or everyone’s but yeah I don’t even bother to put the ice in his hand sadly because it just falls off. I just decided to make him hold my stylus instead.

Order product a year ago they took my money, never got any updates on the product ,never received the product and pestered me to write a review on the company a year later.

Received my Dan Heng IL figure ^^ so happy with him. First time buying preorder figure and waited over a year, was a little anxious but customer service was overall helpful and friendly, giving updates and tracking whenever requested :) recommend!

It’s been about a year and I never got my product.

I had purchased a $650 statue from GK Figure Worldwide. I waited patiently for one year until it released and finally shipped to me. The statue came in 3 boxes and when I opened each box to inspect the parts, one box had broken pieces from the leg & arm. I contacted GK multiple times requesting for replacement parts. Either I got the same answer that they will get me replacement or I didn’t get ant replies. A year later, I still haven’t received any reply or a solution. Im so disappointed in the experience with GK. Spending $650 on a statue that I wont be able to display because of broken pieces is so infuriating. GK can at least reply with answers rather than give me the run around. I will never purchase anything from them again. To all collectors of figures and statues, be warned!

It was a long wait, but I already knew that because I preordered it.

I am still waiting on a second figure that should have arrived earlier than this one, but I won't take that into account because they can't do anything if they don't have any in stock, plus it is a preorder again.

The figure I received arrived safely and it looks exactly like it does in the pictures.

I love the idea of the different payment options like direct pay and over time pay.

In most cases you are able to decide the size and sometimes for "luxury" variants. I like that.

So yeah, I had a good experience with GK :)
