Amazing service.

Rob went out of his way to come and fit a new lock on our gates. My mum had been attacked and her bag stolen earlier in the day, when I called and explained the situation, Rob came after hours to fit a new lock for my mum. It’s given her peace of mind, and she feels much better knowing it has been changed.

Would highly recommend this company and its team.

In my case it was after the eviction of a tenant Youssopha, who pretended he owned the property, and who had paid no rent for over 2 years and illegally sub let rooms to over a dozen people

The lock on my back door wasn't working and i was leaving the country in two days. I was in a bit of a panic. I sent the firm photos of the doors, locks and hinges. They came round within 2 hours. It took them 45 minutes to repair and it is working better than ever. The guy doing the work was five star pleasant. Only drawback is that it was a little pricey but I did know that in advance

He was super friendly, professional and informative.
He gave me great advice about hiring locksmiths, to always look out for MLA registered companies and what the best thing to do is in emergencies.

I saw GK had good reviews on Trust Pilot so called them with an urgent request to fix the Ingersoll lock to my front door, which wasn't locking. They asked me to send photos and then I was put on to the nicest man who asked me to go check a few things on the lock then told me to do something with one of the buttons. Hey presto! It was fixed. No charge. A less scrupulous company would've come out and charged an arm and a leg for doing very little.

Really excellent service! I had requested a quote to fix my gate lock. I then called up in an emergency as it was completely jammed and Rob came out without charging me an emergency fee. He was incredibly friendly and helpful. Will be recommending to everyone!

I have used GK Locksmiths for over 20yrs and they have never let me down. Their work is of the highest standard and their staff are unfailingly polite, efficient and knowledgeable. I must single out Rob, who has carried out numerous jobs at my house, over the years. He’s a great ambassador for the company. Prompt, reasonably priced and a pleasure to work with. They were really excellent. They tried to save me money by telling me a way to sort my lock out myself - unfortunately this didn't work, but most tradespeople wouldn't do this. As the lock did need replacing they came the next morning and got it sorted. Very impressive service, would highly recommend

Spoke to Martin at GJ who was really helpful with my issue with a back door lock. He suggested ways of fixing it which worked perfectly. Sorry I couldn't put any business his way this time, but I can't recommend him enough!!

Rob did an excellent job on our front door. He identified the issue quickly after we sent him a video, he came out same day, replaced the screws in our front door lock and went above and beyond to make sure our front door closed easily. You can tell he has over 30 years experience! Extremely happy with the service and will be using GK Locksmiths again if we need them (but by the looks of their work, we won't need them for a while!)

After very cleverly locking ourselves out of our flat right before Christmas, we contacted GK Locksmiths for help.
