Quick to respond and organise a call out to replace multiple locks on the same morning as the call.
Professional advice and work carried out perfectly.

Just got locked out my ends like a complete prat, called GK locksmiths and within 30 minutes a knight in shining armour appeared to rescue me. Not all hero’s wear capes- some come in a red fleece with a telescopic ladder and are willing to scale your house like Spider-Man so you can get to work on time.

This is the second time GK Locksmiths have replaced locks at my house.

I have employed other locksmiths before and none have been as good as GK Locksmiths.

Within an hour of calling GK Locksmiths – in what has been emergency situations – they send round a highly skilled and very pleasant locksmith, in this case Craig, who not only is an expert in repairing and replacing locks, is also an experienced carpenter who can sort out any problems your door is causing.

Craig also gave me some really helpful advice about maintaining my locks too.

All this is done for a very fair price. Better than all the rest, I highly recommend GK Locksmiths.

As new home owners we went to GK Locksmiths to seek advice on changing the locks. Based on our photos of the existing locks we were able to talk through the various options in the shop and all pros and cons were explained to us. Once we settled on the best solution for us we promptly received a quote later that day. On the day of the appointment the new locks’ functionalities were again fully explained and demonstrated to us. We had one slightly tricky lock which required a small change of plan, but again, everything was very thoroughly explained and helped us decide. We were very happy with the service provided and would recommend GK Locksmiths to anyone else.

Locked out of my home, called GK and within 40 minutes they arrived, quote given over the phone which was very reasonable and was what I paid, and was in my home 20 minutes later and no damage except for the barrel for the lock (which has to be done) and barrel replaced.
Very experienced and friendly guy who did the job.
Would have no hesitation in using their services again.

We are a rail civil engineering company and need to gain access to a large shipping container abandoned on a Network rail access point. GK response was quick and professional. Punctual to a planned appointment and invoice was sent promptly for BACS payment. Would not hesitate to recommend. Reasonable price too.

First class, professional outfit. I have used them twice and on both occasions they have been exemplary.

I had read reviews about this shop and decided to pay them a visit after locking myself out of my safe. Managed to drag the old metal box down to the shop and Rob was very helpful in explaining what the problem was with the batteries which had both died on me and started to become corrosive.

With a little bit of TLC and some elbow grease he managed not only to get it open, but to also gave some good advice. Great customer service I received.

GK Locksmiths Ltd came over and changed my locks having had my bag stolen with house keys in. They came over straight away and were so friendly, easy to deal with and incredibly reasonable compared to the other emergency locksmith companies I had called. Change of locks was really quick, with no fuss or mess. I'd highly recommend and if I'm ever in a similar situation I would absolutely chose GK Locksmiths first

Great service, a treasure

Everything you want from a local locksmith. Having been broken into, I needed a locksmith to add some security and replace some locks. GK were excellent. Sympathetic, very responsive, helpful, reasonably priced, quick in their work, tidy and totally professional. I was recommended them by a neighbour and would recommend them myself to anyone asking. I also found out that the guy who set it up is local and is still the owner operator, so I'm pleased that my money goes back into the local community.
