Really nice, helpful and honest

Highly recommend. Installed two new locks on the front door and did a great job, finished to perfection and even fixed the door sticking. Went into the shop and they arranged to come round the next day. Obviously take great pride in their work, and this shows in their quality. Friendly and helpful, both over the phone and in person.

Have dealt with them twice now, once in person, the second time online and over the phone, and have been extremely helpful both times. Would recommend and will return if I have any other window lock issues.

We've used G K Locksmiths twice for a variety of things (fixing internal door latches, fixing our front door latch, replacing our locks) and have found them to be brilliant, quick, friendly, and experienced. They recently came out to change our locks on an hour's notice and did a brilliant job.

Superb customers service- initial query handled on the phone by Luke proved helpful as he explained the options to problem solve our lock issue giving fixed prices. Craig who fixed the lock was extremely efficient. He did a cost saving job for us by fixing our current lock avoiding us having to replace it. He also did it in good time which meant he could help fixed another lock.

I phone several other companies who gave me the total run around with prices. I am chuffed to have used GK Locksmiths Ltd and would highly recommend them. They are MLA approved too.

Yet again, sound advice from GK, but what's more, yet again two compliant fitted locks that work smoothly, took 2 hours to fit and the fitter left my hallway cleaner than when he arrived. I cannot recommend this company enough. Thank you.
