Great customer service and bras
Great customer service. Great product. I had one item shipped to me that was a craftsmanship defect. It was refunded for in full and no questions asked, including shipping cost and a label to ship it back. Bras are awesome - perfect fit, very comfortable and use great materials and well crafted.

I am not very impressed I have been let down by j d Williams I ordered one of your Glamorise 1001 magic lift bra size 44 J Cup in cafe colour I booked next day delivery but it got changed to standard delivery and the reason given by them it is because you do not do next day delivery and it will not be coming until the 9th.of August
