Disgusting! Avoid at all cost.

Attempted to purchase a bed via wowcher, the day before delivery received a email saying it there was a issue but offered a alternative "at no extra cost" after talking to the advisor for the company I looked into the item and it was more than half the price of the one we ordered and would be delivered anywhere near our expected delivery date.

I asked for a refund and wanted to talk to a manager who could explain there outrageous and poor service to which I was told... "because I'm no longer a customer as the request for a refund had been submitted they will no longer listen to me or deal with any requests" and hung up the phone!

My advice... Stay well clear of this company, or any company affiliated with this. Furniture italia, dining tables or glass dining table.

It's clearly a scam!!

Product not as advertised, customer service terrible and incredibly poor quality of product. Having worked in flooring and bed store a couple of years ago I know enough about beds and mattresses to realise I have been scammed. I have tried to deal directly with the company but they wanted to charge me to return the falsely advertised product. I am now speaking to trading standards.

Never again .brought a mattress via wowcher nothing like the picture.springs were sticking out and suppose to be memory foam on top which there wasn't.tried to complain but they told me that was there top quality mattress.Dread to think what there standard quality is.stay well clear of these company.

When I first looked at the reviews on "Trustpilot" after purchasing a bed from Wowcher under the trade name of Furniture italia I felt sick at the thought of wasting £200. I decided to ring Furniture italia and was on hold for around 20mins. I spoke with a gentleman who was polite and helpful and advised me that my bed would be delivered within three days after purchasing through Wowcher. Two days before my delivery date I received an email from a courier stating the bed would be delivered on expected date, which true to them they did deliver on the date and called me 30mins before arriving.

Now - i'm unsure what people are expecting for £200 but we bought a "Super King" with headboard and mattress. I must say it;s perfectly fine for the price. ( If you want great quality then pay the full price, which would have cost me over £2000) Nothing in life is free and you get what you pay for. That said, I feel I did pretty well for the price, and have had a great night sleep since.

Usually check Trustpilot but missed this because I've dealt with Wowcher before with no problem. Ordered the rattan garden furniture and it should have been delivered today. Received a phone call last night from this lot saying furniture out of stock and will be at least another week. Said it's not their fault, they're just couriers!
Having read opinions of this company and their products I will not be holding my breath

Bought rattan garden furniture through Wowcher. .very cheap and nasty quality I ended up selling it for less what I bought it for ...never again.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Order garden furniture for my husbands birthday, delivered by an extremely rude driver. It arrived with no fixings or instructions, I was assured these would be sent out in the post the next day 1st class, 4 days later I am still waiting, with a lounge full of boxes!

Ordered a mattress from them and took forever to get delivered and had to call them before it got delivered.

Also sent a delivery company which was very very very very rude.

Ordered a mattress through wowcher. Been waiting for delivery, due to be delivered Weds 14th Feb. Had a call Tuesday while I was at work, with an answerphone message that stated it would be delivered Friday 16th, but I need to call back to confirm. After a few days of constantly being on hold I finally got through this morning, only to be told they don't deliver to me so I need to pay an extra £30 to get my mattress delivered. Absolutely shocking!! And the cherry on top was the gentleman on the phone was rude and hung up on me while I was still talking! NEVER order from here!

I wish i didn't even have to leave a star because they ain't even worth that!!

This company is a complete and utter scam. I purchased a mattress through wowcher (just as useless) – It was meant to be a spring mattress with a memory foam layer. Arrived in good time but the driver was rude. Before even taking the mattress out of the packaging it was clear that there was no memory foam layer. You could feel the springs through the mattress and the plastic. This should not happen with any new mattress, it was honestly so bad that I wouldn’t even let an animal sleep on it in fear of a spring coming through and harming them. I contacted gio-mani designs by email and was advised that I should take the mattress out of the packaging to allow it to rise – how it’s meant to rise when it wasn’t even vacuum packed I don’t know. I contacted them again explaining this and also explaining there was definitely no memory foam layer! They again emailed me back saying that for an addition cost of £60 they would send me a replacement superior mattress! So here’s the scam… You buy a mattress from them they send you any old basic mattress when you complain they then say due to inconvenience we will upgrade the mattress for an additional £60 – Sending you the mattress you ordered in the first place!!
I did not wish to upgrade the mattress at this point due to the lack of responses in email from this company – They take so long to reply!! I asked them to come collect the mattress and they told me there would be a collection charge of £20 that I was to give to the driver cash on collection…. Again another SCAM!! I told them I would not be paying this as it’s not my problem that they provided me with the incorrect item! They then did not bother to contact me again – I spoke to various people by email – Rashim, Andre, Mani and one other after various no responses I found a contact number – Useless no point a lady the receptionist answered and is rude. I asked to speak to all of the above names on the phone to which she replied this is not possible and she would get someone to email me! Of course this did not happen by this point I wasn’t surprised.

Even going through Wowcher to help me resolve the issue took such a long time – I was getting nowhere.

The only way to get your money back is to say that you have taken legal advice from the citizen advice bearau and will be contacting not only trading standards but the financial ombudsman.

After three very long weeks, various emails and phone called and a lot of wasted time I got my money back.

Ordered a 4 piece rattan patio set from IJ Interiors. Items arrived as promised within a couple of days. Unfortunately the table was the wrong colour, but one email and a phone call and the replacement was despatched and the incorrect table collected within a few days.
The table and chairs are of good quality and all arrived well packaged and in good order.
I found that their customer services team were helpful, polite and efficient and kept me informed at all times.
All companies can make mistakes but it's how they deal with them that separates the good from the bad. In my experience they proved to be a good company and I will happily buy from them again.

Horrible, horrible people - they are incompetent and their customer service is just awful! I just returned items I bought from these guys. This is honestly the most hellish buying experience I have ever had.

Twice this seller has delivered the wrong item to me. They first delivered the wrong colour. Then again they replaced the item with the wrong size!

I have sent several emails and made several calls to the customer service centre. The customer service agents are rude, uncooperative and do not appear to be well trained.

Compared to other shopping which I do on Amazon, this has been a hellish experience - thoroughly frustrating and unpleasant.

This is the same company as Furniture Italia. I bought a rattan garden table set via Wowcher and was actually impressed with the prompt delivery and the quality of the item as I was putting it all together.
However, once the table was set up and in position on our decking the glass has cracked in the midday sun. Research shows that this occurs when there is a design flaw in the glass.
I contacted this company and asked them to replace the glass, they have not contacted me back.
I have emailed them again and still await a response......
Update 07/08 - 2 emails sent and no response. Looks like they are just ignoring the issue! PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

I ordered the Ratten dining table with 8 chairs for £300 on Saturday10th and shortly after received an email asking to arrange a delivery date. I did not get round to arranging this and the next day Sunday 11th noticed an email informing me the furniture would arrive the next day between 07.00 and 13.00. It arrived at 08.00 , over the next couple of evenings I started putting the chairs together.Thursday evening I decided to have a go at the table, this comes with 3 glass panels but unfortunately 2 of them were badly tarnished/stained, the next day I rang ijinteriors and they asked me to send photos so that evening the 16th I emailed photos of the dodgy panels. The next day I checked my emails and had one asking if I would like a partial refund, I replied explaining that I really needed to replace them as they were quite bad and a short time later received an email saying the new panels would be with me on Monday the 19th between 07.00 and 13.00 and please could I have the old panels suitably packed for collection. The next day the new panels arrived in the time slot.
Overall I am very happy with the outdoor dining set, it is great value for money. I only gave 4 stars because of the faulty panels but you would do well to find a company that rectifies its problems as efficiently as ijinteriors.

My wife saw a 9 piece rattan garden set for sale on wowcher by Furniture Italia. I did some digging and discovered these guys are known by many names. I found them on Ebay under IJInteriors and for an extra 5er could order through there with the added protection of Paypal. Afterall they've got a feedback score of 120k+. So my order was placed and I get an email from Premier Deliveries asking to arrange a date. Never heard of them before so have a look in to them and it's another branch of their empire. Date was arranged through their professional looking website and had to be at work for 7am to make sure I didn't miss the delivery. 7.20 the driver turns up with a few dishevelled boxes. While checking them over he states "any problems, you need to ring customer services". Once checked in more detail I was missing the fittings to put it all together. A quick phone call to customer services I received the fittings (+ many spares) via recorded royal delivery a few days later. So that minor hiccup is why I've only given them 4 stars. I wasn't confident after seeing all the various bad feedback comments they have across so many names but I'm glad I gave them the benefit of the doubt. The rattan set is fantastic for the price and I'm very happy with IJ Interiors for their service.

Bought a mattress off this lot through Wowcher and at the time we thought, it can't be up to much for £49 and we were right. Wowcher claimed it was reduced from £399. Well we feel ripped off at £49 so anyone that got scammed into buying this 5hit e for £399 will be outraged and feel truly robbed. We didn't make four weeks with it and we've thrown it away. As I say, we knew it wouldn't be up to much for the money but trust me, it wasn't worth anything near £49. Do not buy this tat, you'll regret it and it makes you question the integrity of Wowcher.

After reading the reviews it was with trepidation that I ordered this item. However as I was paying with my credit card and also ordering from Living Social I felt there was plenty of recourse to get my money back if it was as rubbish as most of the reviews. I have to say, what a pleasant and unexpected surprise my experience with this company was. The delivery was on time, I was kept fully informed on times and dates both by email and phone. The delivery man was polite and helpful. There was a problem with the table frame and my heart sank. However I should have had more faith as the company was absolutely brilliant. The person who took my call explained who I needed to emai and checked that my email had been received by Customer Services. I was then contacted by Customer Services within 24 hours and asked to send images of the fault. Upon receipt of my images a replacement was sent out to me. Again I was kept fully informed of the delivery date and time and again it was duly delivered as promised. The furniture is fantastic for the price and I am more than pleased. I appreciate that companies do not get it right all the time but I do feel that we should review excellent service as well as the bad. It may well be that the company has endeavoured to deal with the complaints and if this is the case they have certainly in my opinion now able to offer a first class service. I could have been put off buying this product from the reviews and I am so glad that I wasn't. Thank you from one very satisfied customer.

Avoid these fraudsters like the plague. Wowcher should not be permitting these crooks to peddle their wares. Ottoman bed delivered with white sides that were too short such that metal frame would not fit. They swear that they delivered correct black sides and imply I have switched the items for some bizarre unknown reason. Trading Standards and legal action to follow and complaint to Wowcher.

Ordered Rattan Garden set from these people via Groupon - delivery within 7 days. Nothing delivered and contacting the company is a nightmare - lots of promises and excuses but no delivery. You get passed from pillar to post and then left on the line or phone put onto music. This company along with ij interiors - beds.co.uk and Premier deliveries all work from the same place unit 6 W14 7HZ and their service and attitude is appalling - wish I had checked the feedback first - a lesson learned. Had to go to Groupon several times before I was promised a refund. Would I buy anything from any of these companies agaIn - NO !!

Bought a new bed from these guys on a Wowcher deal. After the purchase I decided to look through reviews of the seller to see if this deal is too good to be true. After reading tonnes of 1 star reviews I decided to email Wowcher asking if I can get a refund. They replied saying I would need to go direct to the seller so I thought I would bite the bullet and give these guys a chance. That day I got to choose the day of my delivery which was an impressive 2 days after purchase. My Bed arrived on the date of delivery with no issues and fairly simple to assemble.
Personally I had a great experience with this company but reading all these bad reviews there must be something wrong on the service side of things so would recommend being hesitant.
