Fantastic personal customer service. The care and detail from the staff in buying new specs was fantastic. Amazing eye examination and contact lense check up and advice too!

Went to shop regarding new lenses for a pair of sunglasses. I was advised that they would be able to do
it for me. Collected them yesterday and pleased with the work done and confirm they are an excellent fit.

Very pleased with the help and attention from staff. Time was no issue, as staff member was willing to spend as much time as needed for choice and fitting. Wide selection of spectacles to choose from. Staff member very professional. Very pleased with glasses. This was my second visit to select glasses and will return next time.

Emese at Glasses Lab Bromley was simply wonderful. I came in with a prescription from a different optician; Emese explained my prescription to me and what options were available to me for my lenses. She then picked out a number of frames for me to try which suited my face (which saved me a lot of time versus exploring on my own) and helped me narrow it down to the 2 pairs that I ordered. Very clear advice with friendly and honest feedback.
I am very glad I visited Glasses Lab and will definitely be going back in the future as needed.

I was happy with my previous opticians but I wanted to try an optician closer to home. I visited a few in my area, Beckenham/ Bromley, but found a couple to be some what aloof and uncomfortable. I was very impressed with Glasseslab Bromley. I only went in for a quote then left and returned within three minutes because I realised I felt really welcomed by Jessica (wearing her smart assertive frames). I made my booking on the spot. After my eye test and the placing of my order I received a call requesting that I return for them to double check my prescription due to there being a large change. This kind of attentive concern and professionalism is rare. I am a happy customer. Well done to Jessica and her colleagues & shout out to the team in Beckenham. N.B. my order was to reglaze a frame of a brand that Glasseslab do not stock, they done a great job!!

The eye test is always conducted efficiently and with good explanations. I feel I know what my eyes are doing!
Choosing specs is difficult but help is always at hand.
This time I came away with 2 pairs, same frames and lenses, but different colours.
I am very happy!

My experience was very bad! I had apoiment and after 1 weeks they send my email tell my equipment is currently undergoing servicing.Not professional! Send my to another MECS.Why ? Becouse I had apoiment 5 PM.Its late for optometrist? I work full time,.....its not time for me?

The team at Glasseslab are always incredibly helpful, and provide an excellent service. Whether it's just a routine checkup, a specific concern, or a question about my glasses, they've always made me feel like I genuinely matter as a customer, and that they want to help. The opticians have always been happy to spend time with me to answer any questions I might have and explain things in detail, and along with the wider team, they make recommendations based on what's best for you as a patient, rather than what might benefit them as a business.
The new store is really nicely done and definitely feels a lot more "sophisticated" than other opticians, despite being at a very similar price point.
All in all, I highly recommend Glasseslab, and am always happy to give them my business!
