I’m a huge fan of fun knitwear and Glassworks has the perfect balance of fun and neutral colour ways as well as good quality knits! Definitely a favourite of mine if I want to treat myself to some new knitwear pieces! All the jumpers and sweater vests I have from Glassworks are super cute and very flattering!! 10/10 would recommend this brand!

This was my first visit to one of your shops, Covent Garden. I bought a jumper and am very pleased so far with it, although quite pricey, it is different. Staff assistant was very friendly and helpful, a good salesperson! Will definitely visit your shop as the variety is very good. I’m always looking for something different, classy and nice!

The clothes are really cool looking and unique, I thought this was going to be a new favorite place to shop for me. Unfortunately the quality in my experience is poor. I bought a dress first, when it arrived it looked really cheap and not like the photos. I returned it and thought I'd try again, so bought a skirt that started to fall apart the 1st time I wore it. Due to the overly drawn out returns process I went through the first time (you have to request to return items and wait for a yes) I didn't even bother returning the skirt and just decided I wouldn't risk shopping here again.

Had a lovely first experience with glassworks ! I walked past and admired the window display so decided to pop in and was so glad I did! The shop in Shoreditch was beautifully presented, we were welcomed as we entered but weren’t pestered throughout.
All the clothes were presented pristinely, in the perfect order. The shop was clean and the manager was lovely! We had a great chat at the checkout. I didnt feel pressured to buy more, I could tell she really cared about the shop and I am definitely going to be buying lots more in the future!!

Blue skies white clouds cuddly wool... sweet and warm as well as a perfect fit.
Want, so want, to wear it all the time but no, no, treasure it pleasure it... and gently unwrap it from its tissue paper and show it off today as it's a Happiness jumper.

I’ve ordered two items from Glassworks London and I’ve been very happy both times. I like that their clothes are just that bit different and both items I’ve ordered, (knitwear on two separate occasions), have been of a lovely quality and a good fit. Delivery has been prompt with email updates and great packaging. Annnnnd of course, the main thing is that it’s always fab to support small / independent shops. Highly recommend.

Visited Covent Garden shop. Two of the shop assistants there were chatting away between themselves in the middle of the shop and we had to walk around them. No greetings whatsoever. Oh, when their known customer/friend arrived, they were super nice only to him. Another assistant came to us and helped us. She was nice.

**Update - Glassworks got back to me and refunded the cardigan**
I ordered a cardigan as a gift on the 25th November. It got dispatched the next day via Royalmail. On the day it got an email saying it was due for delivery, I got an email saying it 'it was being returned to sender'. I tried to contact Glassworks via their online form to understand what had happened, no one got back to me. I tried again a few days later, and still nothing. I don't know what is going on, I haven't been refunded the cardigan if it has been returned to Glassworks and even though I attempted to contact them twice, I have heard nothing! Very unprofessional

I bought the khaki classic double-breasted trench coat earlier this year, it’s a beautiful expensive coat £195 and by this autumn, less than 6 months later it has huge colour fade and looks terrible. I informed glasswork who asked for more details then after a long wait didn’t do anything blaming me for it being in direct sunlight. This was not the case all the time and I’m intrigued how where they thought I’d be wearing it in my room. This is bad quality produce for a high price. If you are going to charge high prices then you need to have high quality customer service and clear storing instructions not just ‘moderate’ who knows what that means. Very very disappointing.

The two assistants in Soho were delightful and helpful.
I love your collection. I purchased a mohair beanie and bought another one online as they are the perfect size for me.

I ordered a bag for my girlfriend on 18th November and received a confirmation that I will receive my delivery in 2-4 days and I'll be notified when dispatched. I'm sitting here 10 days later with no bag and zero updates despite emailing 3 days ago and calling the Soho store 3 times in the past 2 days. Apparently, the store thinks the bag is not in stock and said I would receive an email telling me this, however, I have had NO update whatsoever, even though I receive daily spam emails about black Friday discounts!! Not happy at all.

I’d never seen the shop before but loved the way the clothes were all put together with similar colours. The two ladies working that day were super friendly and one of them was really helpful at suggesting items for me which I ended up buying as I loved them. I will definitely be coming back!

The whole return process is ridiculously long winded. you have to wait for an email to see if it's been approved, chase them up, and then also ask for a returns lable. I am now chasing them regarding refund time and I am being asked to send proof of posting/tracking. Why should I? Which other shop ever asks for your proof of postage? I only keep these for private sales/Vinted etc. Surely they know that the they have received the item and can link it up with my order as the order paperwork was in the packaging. It's all a bit bizarre. Will not use them again.

Loved the style & the colours; bought items I had dreamed of but couldn't find anywhere else ...... and I was not particularly looking that day!!!
