I have been offered a range of styles by a consultant and all of them were nice and professional. I bought a very fancy midi black skirt and a knitted stylish top, and earrings and my friend bought some nice clothes, too. She is from Switzerland and wanted to shop local brands, our experience was very pleasant and your clothes is very unique. Love it and that you think about Sustainability.

I recently purchased an item from Glassworks that was unfortunately no longer available. The team remained in constant communication with me and provided a variety of options to resolve the matter. The two black tops I ordered were extremely poor quality for the price. Also the s/m sizing available doesn’t really cater for size 12 customers.

We have always wanted to broaden our size range to ensure our customers can find their perfect fit, and are excited to announce that with the launch of our online store, we will now be able to introduce more sizes!

Modern store with great pieces
(Size 10/12, 157cm) I stumbled across this store while exploring Spitalfields Market and I'm so glad I did! I had a great experience shopping here. Some of the trouser sizing will not fit gals who fit a 10/12 but are wider in the middle. However, the sales assistants tried to provide me with different options to try and were very patient as I tried on many other items. I did buy a cosy, fluffy, wool rainbow sweater and have gotten heaps of compliments on it! The store itself is clean and furnished nicely, with a modern and quirky vibe.

Great purchase and experience
Was looking for an anniversary present for my wife with my kids. Stumbled across Glassworks purely by chance but loved what they were all about. My kids chose the present and my wife loves it so BIG WIN. Customer service in the shop was very friendly - I'd definitely recommend.

Thank you for this honest feedback. I'm so sorry to hear about the bag you received. They do have a smell to them when they are first unpacked due to the materials and dye they are made from. However, if you can air it out, It does go away over time as confirmed by some of our customers.

Excellent Customer Service!
I came across Glassworks when looking for some summer clothes. The trousers I wanted were out of stock and I was worried they would never be available again because of the company's limited drop, no waste ethos. I emailed customer service and they were SO helpful. Gave me the date that they would be available again. I got them and absolutely LOVE the fit and quality. Thank you!

I loved my experience there
I loved my experience there! The staff were so friendly and didn’t push anything but helped me with picking out outfits. I love that it’s local and not everyone will be wearing the same thing I am. The style and fit was accurate to a size medium.

Sub par quality & over-priced
I’m very disappointed with the service I received from Glass works. I bought a cropped top that shrank by almost half its size after the first wash. I used a hand-wash/cold cycle which should have been perfectly OK given the care instructions indicated I could use 30 degrees, but when my top came out of the wash it only just covered my chest area, whereas before it covered all of my stomach. I received the very disappointing response that because I wasn’t without the 30 days, I wasn’t eligible for a return or replacement. This doesn’t comply with the consumer goods act - hugely disappointing to see Glass works take so little responsibility.
I’m afraid I won’t be buying from you again. Poor quality and over-priced with zero responsibility taken.

The sales staff at 2 different…
The sales staff at 2 different locations were excellent.
I am disappointed in the quality of the clothing. The 100% acrylic material is low grade and the clothes don't last after 1 wash.
