Glazehair Reviews 

I dye my hair an even shade 3 (dark brown) and have previously tried Glaze Super Gloss in shades Luminous Liquorice and Lustrous Ebony - both of which worked great to tone my hair slightly darker and cooler, and add a bit of softness and shine. Don't expect "brazilian keratin" level of silkiness after using this product - but personally, I felt like it was a nice pick-me-up treatment in between my monthly dyes, and definitely improved the condition of my hair somewhat. Plus, I loved that I could have my hair almost black without using a permanent black shade. My hair is currently the longest it's ever been in my life, and apart from introducing the Super Gloss, as well as the dark hair dye itself, I haven't really changed much in my routine.

I'd love to use this product more, but the one major downside that's stopping me from buying it again is the bottle! It is absolutely impossible to get the product out of it. I remember one time I was at my strength's end, and there was barely any product coming out as I squeezed - but then I asked my husband to cut the bottle in half, and there must have been a good 60% of the product still inside!! Glaze, please change this horrendous package to something more comfortable, like a soft bottle! I can not continue cutting into the hard plastic you're using currently for fear of losing my fingers.

Lastly, I have also tried GlaziPlex Super Bond Repair Treatment once, and to be honest wasn't a big fan. Same effect as my normal cheap conditioner, and I didn't like the smell (too sweet for me).

I received the 4 in 1 repair treatment and this is a complete waste of money! My hair felt better using a normal conditioner. This has made no difference to my hair at all, an over priced gimmick. I have also got the super gloss but I’m not sure to even bother opening the bottle. The reviews on these items must be fake there is no way these products do what they advertise. Really disappointed

It extremely damaged my hair!!
I was happy with the colour but I had massive hair loss and the end my hair was badly damaged. I always had long hair but it by my shoulder now :(
I didn’t thought Glaz can cause damage until I used it for second time.
I wish I was reading the reviews before.
Who’s checking the fact of products. This product is safe at all and it’s worse than bleaching at home.

Used cocoa lights - easy to use. However even after rinsing well - after drying my hair feels greasy and not the great super shine I was expecting. I’ll now have to wash again tomorrow and hopefully will be better - real pain as I wanted to curl my hair which is better not on just washed hair for a lunch …..

Purchased the colour cowboy copper, which when I seen a video enhances your Ginger colour hairs. However my result turned my hair RED. Not a tinge of red completely deep colour red. I would avoid this product never will I use again.

Sorry to be reading some of these reviews. I’m brunette, maybe it’s better on darker hair? Easy to use, takes little time (10 mins to develop) & has covered my sporadic grey hairs. My hair has been previously damaged through bleaching and I can’t say this has dried my hair at all, it’s super shiny. Make sure you use gloves, it does tell you to, it does stain and quickly. My only reason for not giving 5 stars is due to the product not advertising how easily it stains so it stayed on my scalp and round my face for a bit longer than I had liked. This should be very well indicated on the bottle. My advice is to treat it as you would any other dark hair dye, especially with white towels involved 😂 and for consideration when rinsing it out where your bathroom is white etc. you may want to take the shower head and rinse it out close to your head to evade splashing all over the shop!

Glaze is really not great! I bought the honey blonde and a clear. Have only used honey so far. The bottle is not user friendly. Very difficult to squeeze the product out. It felt soft on my hair whilst washing it out but didn't look any different. I didn't notice a shine and the next day my hair looked super dry and my scalp has flared up so thinking it is very chemical. I would not buy this again and am hoping for a refund

After using this product a huge amount of my hair fell out when I next brushed it out. I've always had very thick, curly hair and it's now quite thin.

Product arrived quickly in cute packaging, and the Vanilla Lights gloss is my go to treatment to refresh my colour. Hair is always so soft after using I love it. I forgot a promo code but the customer service team came back to me and refunded me the discount within 45mins - great service!

Don’t buy this product,, it doesn’t gives you any shine or anything to your hair,, and it’s too expensive for what it is 👎👎👎👎

Seems after reading the review before mine I’m not the only one who has had a very costly problem with this product.
I had a lovely brown hair colour and thought I’d try this “colour enhancing” product to save money at the salon and keep my couloir vibrant in between visits. I purchased two bottles for £20 on offer and was looking forward to trying. Yes the bottle design is rubbish and hard to get the product out but this was about to be the least of my worries. After using the product exactly as it says on the bottle I washed the product out and dried my hair. To my horror my hair was black!! Over a period of days I washed my hair and the more I washed the more green my hair became. I ended up with a faded black and green mess!
Never going to wash out after ten washes like it claims!
I had to take a trip to the salon who were horrified and tried to fix this awful mess. I’ve ended up needing two appointments to fix this mess. I contacted the company who first offered me 20% sorry code followed by a goody bag as an apology. I rejected both as the last thing I want is more of their products. What I’d like is the cost of my hair repair covering as this was caused by their product!
Thankfully Superdrug have a lot better customer service and refunded me for the products. My advice would be to stay well away from “colour enhancer” the pictures on the bottle are not what happens unless you possible have complete virgin hair which lets be honest only about 20% of the country has. The company will come back and say it’s not suitable for a long list of hair types when it goes wrong which will cover the other 80% of us! At the end of the day a “ten washes, wash out” product should not cause this much damage. Sadly I’m not the first and won’t be the last

I have no idea what their products are like as they cannot tell me when my order, placed 5 days ago will be sent out. I can say that they have lousy customer service

I was really looking forward to trying this and having a lovely glossy mane. My hair is brunette but the ends are damaged so was hoping this could make it look healthier in between colour top ups, i used blazing brown. Firstly I found the bottle very difficult to get the product out of so it took longer to apply than expected. Then I was surprised about the colour of the water almost being purple/black when I rinsed it out, which also took longer than expected. I was very disappointed to see the result was almost black hair with blue green tinges! I'm gutted and do not recommend this product. I just hope I don't have to end up having the blue green cut out 😥

I had to try Glaze after my friend told me it's what she's been using... I bought super gloss in the sheer glow & i've been getting so many compliments since - my hair looks glossy & healthy - obsessed with it now!

Saw this on instagram and now I'm obsessed! Keeps my color super fresh (so I can keep pretending I'm a natural redhead) and leaves my hair SO GLOSSY. I use it every 3 weeks like a conditioner- so much nicer than the smelly dyes I used to use. Since I've started using it several people have stopped me on the street / supermarket to tell me what a beautiful color my hair is. :)

I love sheer glow as a midweek treatment to tame my frizzy hair & gives my hair more shine. Please do bigger bottles!

Just tried Sheer Glow before my night out yesterday, and I am absolutely thrilled with the results! I'm so impressed by the unbelievable shine it gave to my hair so vibrant (my hair is virgin hair tho if it matters)! Quite easy to applicate (I watched the tiktok and got a glaze towel to follow the video so it is easier). Just my hair doesn't look not thick so I didn't put it on my hair roots in case it became too flat. Overall I am satisfied with this super gloss!

Glaze’s products have left my previously dyed hair smooth and silky! My hair had become brittle and frizzy after dying it multiplying times over the past year and decided to use Glaze’s Gloss conditioner to dye my hair to give it a break from chemical dyes - it ended up reviving my hair! Definitely recommend 👍🏽
