Brought my dead hair back to life!
My hair was soooo damaged after over bleaching it for years! Started using glaze conditioner regularly and my hair is back to being so soft and healthy again! I’m so happy! And I no longer need to dye it as I just use the tinted conditioners now!! So pleased cannot recommend enough !

Great idea BUT
Great idea. But. It gives a bit of reddish shade (the dark brown one). This is the smaller issue, I would still use it. The bigger problem is the bottle. It is too hard and its so hard to squeeze the product out that I ended up just not using it. Would be better a thinner, more flexible plastic just like any other shampoos or conditioners.

This product has totally fried my hair…
This product has totally fried my hair :( it is now full of snapped ends and just looks terrible, particularly as my hair is straight the damage is even more visible. I had been growing my hair out and will now have to cut it and keep cutting it until the 10+ inches of damage is gone.
I reported it to the company who said it 'doesn't contain peroxide so isn't possible to burn hair' and have yet to offer me a refund, let alone compensation for the damage. Avoid this company like the plague!!!

Thick hair beware
I have very thick hair the product was hard to apply and I didnt like the smell my scalp felt greasy it did bring out some of my tones but in the morning my hair just smelt weird and had a crispy texture I think this is more for thin haired people a full bottle would not have been enough for me had to rewash it as I couldn't stand the feeling of it should have just stuck to my normal routine

Patchy pink hair
I have light red hair and wanted to highlight my red tones in my hair. I put it on in strands like the instructions recommended and left it on for 10 minutes.
It made my hair PINK !!! It was patchy with pink strands in my hair. Do not use this product it looked like an awful die job. I did everything the instructions told me as well.

Very disappointed
Like a lot of comments on this i was really looking forward to having lovely glossy hair. Followed the instructions carefully but my hair is now a patchy mixture of dark brown, black and has a green tone and very dry! Thankfully I work from home and I’m hoping the 10 washes will wash it out but I’m going to have to treat it a lot now. So so disappointed and I would urge anyone to really think carefully about applying this product to their hair.

Hence, when dark Super Gloss is applied to hair that has been stripped of pigment, because of color theory, stains undesired colors. On that same note, we wouldn't apply brunette toner on blonde or bleach hair as the undertones are unsuitable.
When marketing and educating on Super Gloss, we always advise shade matching to the lightest color in your hair. We also have a shade quiz on site to assist with choosing the correct gloss.

I have light brown hair and bought the honey blonde glaze. The product had literally no effect on my hair - no colour change or extra ‘glaze’. Really - don’t waste your money.

Unfortunately, Super Gloss has no bleach, ammonia or peroxide to lighten hair, therefore Honey Blonde from our lightest hair range would have little to no effect on brunette hair.
As for the glaze, we'd love to ensure you applied Super Gloss generously to clean, damp hair for 10 minutes.

Good if you want green hair
I’d recently gone brunette from blonde and was looking to refresh my colour before my next hair appointment. All I can say is DO NOT under any circumstances use the blazing brown shade on hair that has been previously bleached. I ended up with red toned roots and swampy green lengths that cost me £150 at an emergency salon appointment to fix (they literally had to bleach bath the green out). A very expensive mistake.

Exactly as you mentioned, dark Super Glosses should not be applied to bleached or blonde hair as bleach strips hair of its natural pigment. Super Gloss should be shade matched to the lightest color in your hair, its essentially a tinted moisturizer for your hair.

Do not waste your money!
Really disappointed with the product. I had light ginger hair with highlights before using this, I wanted to make it a bit brighter and ginger. Instead my hair is an extreme dark read and the ends are fried. I feel absolutely awful and would not recommend it to anyone

I'd seen the advert on Instagram and i thought it looked very promising
I'd seen the advert on Instagram and I thought it would bring out a glossy shine to my already Orangey/ Auburn hair.. It's ruined it !. I've gone from a vibrant colour to a mucky pond water brown. For clarity my hair was in pretty good condition. After using the cherry glaze it's just left my hair awful, for the 10 minutes it's been on my damp hair it's fried the ends and left absolutely no shine at all. In fact it's dulled it down to a whispy , crunchy over processed looking mop. I wish I had read the reviews also. I just hope it lasts just the 2 out of 10 washes it says.

Save your money and avoid!
Tried this in the hope of getting nice soft shiny hair, it has done no such thing and I feel I’ve been scammed.
It was however easy to apply and rinsed out well.
I will be emailing customer services to explain that I am not pleased and feel scammed.
I feel i have bought an extremely expensive product when my £1.50 shampoo and conditioner does a far better job.
In short please do not waste your hard earned money like I did. This product is not worth the hype and the before and afters on their site, I feel like filters must have been used as there is NO DIFFERENCE in my hair other than it now smells like it’s been dyed.

This product ruined my hair and turned it green and patchy. My hair was a beautiful brunette colour, I was just looking to bring out the warm tones. Applied it evenly, came out patchy and black. Never trust or use any of these company products- pure scammers.

Awful. Wanted to just give my hair a shine and in the end I ended up with non shiny knotty dry lifeless hair. Do not recommend this even my hair stylist said it has infact damaged my hair. Avoid.

Wanted to love this product but super disappointed
Wanted to love this product, but was so disappointed! I ordered the cherry and brown colours and mixed them together. Followed the instructions perfectly. No change in colour, no shine and I think my hair feels drier now than before. My hair is dark brown so maybe why?
Edit: offered a refund however when I emailed and asked if I could accept the refund, they did not honour it as I did not buy directly from them.

I wish I would have read this reviews before. My hair turn green in some places I am not the only one, so the excuse from the glaze team that maybe I should consider that the product is only for highlighting my base color is a little bulls**t. I've never had green highlights on my hair until now. A total waste of money and time. A total Scam.
