Duets C29

I purchased the Duotts C29 with hydraulic brakes from Gleeride and from start to finish, the process was efficient and exceeded expectations.

I'm 50 miles in, and so far the bike itself is amazing. It's powerful for off-road riding, reliable and a comfortable ride. I was a bit disappointed that the new model has lost out on a few features that came with the 2024 version i.e. oversize seat and brake light, but overall I'm highly satisfied.

Gleeride were amazing. They offered by far the best deal and the bike arrived earlier than anticipated (two days after purchase), which was a pleasant surprise and a testament to their efficiency. The hydraulic brakes arrived a week later. Both were well packaged. Throughout the process, Gleeride maintained clear and timely communication.

I would highly recommend the C29 and Gleeride to others looking for a great price, product and reliable customer care.

What an outstanding E-bike store…

Gleeride.com is hands down the best e-bike store I've ever dealt with! The whole experience was smooth from start to finish - their website is easy to navigate, and their team patiently answered all my questions before I placed my order.

Their customer service is absolutely outstanding - if you need anything, they'll help you straight away, and their email responses are incredibly quick. My e-bike arrived faster than expected, perfectly packaged, and the quality is excellent - it feels like I got way more value than I paid for.

Have Now Bought two Ridstar S29 as so impressed with the bike and customer support

bought myself a Ridstar S29 and was impressed with the quality and also aftersales with a small problem i had. Bought a second one for my son so we can go on extended rides together. did a three day mini break with a tent. First day set off approx 9 miles to the camp site and also roughly 5 mile round trip to a store not too far away. Had the charger with us so topped it up for a full day second day of riding country lanes and bike tracks. Again topped up over night but to be honest we could of riden home on the third day if we took our time. the tent we had on my bike is 34kg weight and my son probably had around 25kg between the rear carrier and his back pack.

Both bikes performed effortlessly. Every day riding is a joy and we find ourseleves looking for excuses to use the bikes now rather than jumping in the car for the short town trips to the shops etc.
Well impressed and if you are looking to get a smile on your face, you wont go far wrong. PS upgraded to Hydraulic brakes 4 pot with 203mm front 180 rear discs.

Been riding the yellow A9 and this…

Been riding the yellow A9 and this little bike is fully packed. You can even charge your phone while riding it. It has really good power. I enjoy the full twist throttle in the backseat works perfectly for my wife or kid to cruise around on!:)

Ordered an e-bike

Ordered an e-bike. Once you've made a purchase, you'll get told it's out of stock and receive an offer to pay more for something else. Waited weeks. You'll get charged a transaction fee that you won't get refunded. Although they did finally provide a refund, it did not cover the transaction fees and difference in the exchange rate. Out of pocket by over £50. Would stay very clear if i was you.

Great knowledge and service

Contacting support via web chat took 10 mins but after that they were extremely helpful in answering all of my questions. I was talking with them for over 30 minutes. And they were able to delay my delivery for a few days as I would of been out of the country when it would of arrived.

They knew all about the e-bike I ordered which was impressive and they even sent me videos and instructions on how to setup my e-bike the way I wanted.

Great price, great help, great service.

Highly recommended.

I bought a ebike from gleeride and it…

I bought a ebike from gleeride and it was delivered to me as expected. After assembling the bike, everything worked fine till it broke. I was not able to get faster than 17mph while it was supposed to be 30mph. I sent a note to support and they responded quickly that this could be an auto throttling after the bike was on brake for a long time. I lived on a very long hill. I followed the instructions and solved the problem. Happy with the bike and the support.

Fantastic company

Fantastic company, ordered my e-bike from them and within a few days it arrived well packaged and complete. I was unsure about a couple of things ( my ignorance regarding instructions) so I contacted Gleeride.com and they replied the next day. They were extremely helpful and reassuring, stating they would gladly help me.Any problems/queries i had they resolved them professionally and quickly.Some companies are reluctant to even respond to an email but I couldn't fault Gleeride.com 10/10

Unprofessional and Dishonest

After a full month of waiting, I finally asked where my package was, and this is the response I got:
“ Hello,
Sorry to tell you that your order package is lost in transit.
In this case,we would like to resend your order but this motor is out of stock now.
New inventory will come next week.
We will resend your order next week.do you agree with that?”

They had me disassemble my scooter, strip the wires, and cut the insulation just to confirm the plug type, even though they already had my scooter model and motor serial number. I gave them everything they asked for.

They sent a tracking number, but the package sat in transit with no movement for weeks. No one contacted me. Only after I followed up, they admit it was lost. Until then, nothing but silence.

Completely unprofessional. Poor communication and no respect for the customer’s time or effort.

I’ll admit I was a little nervous ordering a bike from a company I’d never heard off, but the prices where so competitive I felt I had nothing to lose. I ordered a bike, some upgrades and accessories too. The bike was delivered within 4 days of ordering, much quicker than I’d expected.

The packaging was excellent and no concerns of anything being damaged during transit.

I had a minor issue (couple of screws the heads stripped), but a quick message via online chat and all sorted with replacements on the way.

Honestly can’t say a bad word.

Ridstar Parts

I had a few problems with my son's Ridstar that was purchased elsewhere. I was able to order a new motor and controller from Gleeride. They made sure it was the right versions. They were also super responsive when I needed to check on shipping. I would highly recommend them for anything Ebike. I will definitely order from them on the future. Already looking at a new bike for me :)

Great Experience

I purchased a Gleeride A9. The ordering experience was excellent. The also answered all my questions before and after my purchase. The bike works great has lots of cool features that no other bike had at that cheap of price. I would defiantly purchase from them again in the future!
