Scam

I ordered an e scooter while it was in stock and then they never sent it out so I asked why and they said it went out of stock even tho they was happy to take my money and I’ve checked their web site again and it’s back in stock but still nothing sent out so far I am convinced they are a scam

Fantastic fast delivery of a great e-bike. Superb is nearly all aspects. My only niggle is the advertising was incorrect. It clearly said a gift came with it of a hat, bright vest etc. these didn’t come with it in the UK. I then saw others had received it but I didn’t.

I ordered my shengmilo s600 first when it arrived it had no battery or pedals or tool kit so I contact gleeride they said it would have had battery but it didn't it took 3 weeks to get a new battery out if them I had a spare set of pedals which I put on bike but then when I put battery on bike every thing worked fine except the light I told glee ride but haven't had a new light sent out messages have gone to and from me but it is a nightmare dealing with as they are based in China my freind has got a front light going spare which he is going to try to sort out when he next comes up to see me as he is other side of country but when you buy a brand new ebike you shouldn't have this many problems the bike itself isn't the best quality as you get what you pay for in my opinion you are better of spending a bit more money and getting a better bike I wouldn't use or recommend using gleeride as I didn't have a good experience with them no one has sent me emails about replacing light as you say in your responce I have told you the light doesn't work all I want is a replacement light I have recieved the battery after having to wait 3 weeks but now I've turned bike on for first time light is only thing not working RESPONCE TO GLEERIDE I HAVEN'T RECIEVED THE REPLACEMENT LIGHT FROM YOU I TOLD YOU IT DOESN'T WORK please don't use gleeride uk as you will have so many problems and going from message to message waisting your time I will have to buy a light my self now avoid gleeride buy else where

The shipping was good, but....

I got the bike in good time, but there are several problem whit the bike.
I have to wait until I will get the replacement parts.
I also have to visit a bicycle service because there are minor problems with the gear settings, some fine tuning needed.

Oh, I forgot to mention that the support is excellent.

Only the waiting makes things worst...

Gleeride a great company to deal with

The communication with this company has been excellent during the pre-purchase phase and subsequently when there was a problem with the OneSport OT16-2 electric bike I purchased from them.
Whilst they are a Chinese company, they have a UK distribution facility. From order to delivery the bike took just 2 days.
Customer service is by email to China but they have always responded very quickly. After supplying a video and email description of the problem with my bike they supplied an updated controller for it which cured the issue. This only took 7 days to arrive.
I would certainly recommend Gleeride.
