I have received a great bespoke service from Simi who was attentive to my needs as a customer. I was flummoxed as to how to measure my choora size, the process was made simple and consultative where each step and choice was carefully considered, explained and discussed with my unique measurements. The bespoke service is second to none, furthermore after sharing images/videos of my bridal lengha, we matched another set that was better suited with the designers keen eye where I was then left to make the final decision, I am so pleased that even as an online customer, courtesy calls and messages where made in order to ensure the correct order was made and processed. I am so grateful for the service received and it is so worth messaging the team at Glimour Jewllery for further guidance if you are either at the deciding stage or need some customisation.

Doesn’t even deserve a 1 star, paid for an item.. Royal Mail says they cannot locate parcel. The woman is so rude refusing to refund me. I have proof of delivery.. DO NOT BUY FROM HER!!!

Thank you Gilmour for the great service I originally ordered earrings tikka set for gift taal for my daughter inlaw but unfortunately had to return item due to missing stone.
Not only did they personally call to discuss my return they explained usually being earrings they don’t return items for health safety reasons. But will except my return and just give my item to charity as they can’t sell on. They sent me my choice off replacement items the following working day making sure arrive in time for my occasion. I can’t thank you enough for the quick great service I received. Will definitely be buying all my future purchases from Glimour. Thank you xx

Absolutely fantastic service and a stunning range of jewellery! Jas was so easy to work with and gave me different options for my bridal sets. She was very patient with me and offered great suggestions on how to change colours of beadwork. The actual pieces are breathtaking and unique! I was very impressed with everything!

Very overpriced for the quality you get, do not recommend!

I’ve bought a couple of times and each time I have been extremely happy with my order. Great communication. All items are exactly as in pictures and even prettier in real. Most importantly excellent quality. I love the wide range of collection and sizes that they have which other online jewellery retailers don’t. I highly recommend Glimour.
