I have made purchases in the past, both via the website and via their Instagram account. Recently bought some items in the sale. Communication has been swift- even notified of an item being defective so could not be sold to me. I received my items swiftly.

Great communication, lovely protective parcel packaging and the sets were beautiful and above all the quality is very good. Got my set at a sale price. Very pleased with my purchase pictures dont do justice you have to buy to see the detail and designs. Would defintley recommend and would purchase again!

This is one of the worst companies ever with exceptionally poor customer service. They do not even have the audacity to reply back to an email with a name. They refuse to replace defective jewellery and are incredibly rude in their emails.
