Zero Stars
I agree with the previous reviewer. I'd give them zero stars if I could. I ordered two charges and two cables and they only sent one and then Had the nerve to accuse me of try to fraud them! really abusive messages from them. So much for customer services.
I sent them picture of the package which can obviously only fit one charger and cable in! Reported to Amazon.
I presume 'Glitzy Gizmos' think all these 1 star reviewers are wrong. Let's hope Amazon remove them.
I can't give no stars
I can't give no stars. I ordered a battery from Glitzy Gizmos but can not return it because it is unlawful to send by post. How were they allowed to bypass the law?
I requested the refund in full but instead received a very abusive email in return. I have now been refunded through other means, and Glitzy Giznos have a complaint to deal with.
Just like Dr Walsh I have had the same…
Just like Dr Walsh I have had the same battery problems .Glitzy Gismos sent me old dead batteries that won’t accept a charge .No point in trying to return items as they will say not received .You will have lost your money .
Defective Product & Other Issues
(i) The Lithium-Polymer Battery supplied to me by the seller, Oracle Business Solutions trading as Glitzy Gizmos, was defective. The battery was of the correct type (a BST-37) but did not charge on my Sony Ericsson mobile phone. (ii) Although the battery's condition was advertised on the Amazon web page as 'New', the battery itself was manufactured in Week 11 in 2008, over 13 years ago. (iii) The seller did not send the battery to me in its original packaging; the battery had been repackaged in the seller’s own packaging. Consequently, one wondered given the age and non-performance of the battery, whether it was actually a used battery which no longer had recharging capability rather than a 'new' battery which had a manufacturing defect. (iv) The battery was sent to me by the seller in 'loose condition' i. e. not sent as part of a mobile device. In ‘loose condition’ the battery is classed by Royal Mail as a ‘Dangerous Good’; however, the seller nonetheless sent the item through the general mail, thereby contravening Royal Mail regulations on 'Prohibited and Restricted items'; the envelope in which the battery was sent by the seller did not have the requisite 'UN 3480' label on the envelope. (v) The seller provided a returns label which, although it stated 'Postage Paid GB', was not found to be such when the Post Office checked it on my behalf. The returns label also did not have the requisite ‘UN 3840’ statement. (vi) There was one good thing in my experience: the battery was purchased via Amazon. Although it took some effort on my part, Amazon eventually honoured its A-to-Z guarantee and made a full refund (including original postage) to my card.

After further research, I found a trustworthy seller of Lithium batteries; French based but with a UK depot in Solihull, 'Allbatteries' have since supplied me with a fully functioning replacement battery that I needed and at a competitive price; their battery was sent to me from France and received by me within 8 days of my order to them, in a correctly labelled large envelope delivered to me by Parcel Force Worldwide. That battery was supplied in its original packaging.
Worst buying experience from this seller
Very bad experience, will never ever buy from this seller
A con...
Don't waste your money....
Fake product city....
I am suprised they are allowed to trade on Amazon....
Shame on you Amazon.
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY
The product that arrived was faulty and was returned. First glitzy gizmos said they hadn't received it. When I provided the tracking info they said I'd returned a different item to the one they'd sent! They are refusing to honour the refund.
Still at it...!!

Completely lacking in integrity and honesty.
Products that are not fit for purpose and then you are dealing with a bunch of devious nitpickers. ...
Avoid!
As per many of these reviews, I wish I'd checked this company before buying via Amazon! They sent me a dud phone charger. I contacted them directly about getting a refund, followed their 'instructions' for item return - then nothing. Had to go thru Amazon in the end and finally got a refund. Glitzy Gizmos constantly changed their story, insisted it was all my fault that they didn't receive the returned item, etc etc. Same scam as nearly every other review here has mentioned. Was pleasantly surprised to actually get the refund from Amazon, but I'll be more careful from now on using 3rd party sellers.
Rubbish Company!!!
I bought a replacement phone battery from this company via Amazon but needed to return it as my husband bought me a new phone. The company sent me the relevant return paperwork and I sent it back. Needless to say, they now say they haven't received it- I have proof of postage and this has been emailed to them but they insist they haven't got it.
They are obviously a rotten company and I just wish I had checked Trustpilot and other review sites before I had ordered from them. I will ensure that all my contacts will avoid this company like the plague.
Avoid at all costs.
Avoid at all costs.
I ordered a charger from this company via Amazon. I contacted them to say that the item delivered was incorrect and they were rude and unhelpful. I paid out of my own pocket to return the item and then they deducted another £2.50 as a sellers fee. Including the £3.20 I paid to return the item, it was hardly worth returning the item (which is exactly what they want). I have reported them to Amazon and will NOT use this company again.
Replacement battery for Samsung S5 phone
Purchased a replacement battery for my Samsung S5 phone but it is faulty and loses charge very quickly. They make it extremely difficult to return the item for a refund. Avoid this company. Why on earth Amazon promote their products is a mystery given the highly critical reviews they receive.
I bought a battery charger which was…
I bought a phone battery charger which was fake. Absolutely disgusting and rude customer service it doesn't deserve one star. Avoid.
Bought a samsung charger- arrived over…
Bought a samsung charger- arrived over a week later so asked to send it back. Had to pay for return postage. I contacted them 10 days later they state they had not recieved the item. I sent them all info including post office reciepts and confirmation and they still disputed this. I had to contact Amazon for a refund. Had i bothered reading these reviews beforehand I would never have ordered. Its taken over 6 weeks from ordering to recieved a refund back which is atrocious. Absolutely dismal. If i could give zero stars I would
Tried to return, no refund, appears to be scamming customers
Returned an S-Pen that was advertised as new, did not come in the original packaging and the tip was clearly used. They didn't even bother to replace the tip.
Began the returns process, paid for 48hr tracked delivery. They claim the haven't received the package but the package has been signed for. They take no responsibility for the misplacement of their package. I suspect they are scamming customers. All I can do now is contact Amazon for a resolution.
Tight fisted
I ordered a charging cable for my Samsung Tablet. It had connectors that were too large. I was told by Amazon returns to return it in the original packing for a refund. Having done that on 12th October 2020 I queried why it had not been refunded this week. I got an e mail saying if I amended my review to say the service was good then they would "consider a refund". I told them it sounded like blackmail. I got a reply in bold type saying it was my fault for not knowing Samsung had changed the size of the connectors recently and I should have checked the size from the photo! The difference is about 1-1.5 mm which in a small photo is negligible.I think the owner must be the sort who gets traumatised by returning money.
I bought a phone battery from these…
I bought a phone battery from these people on Ebay - like everyone else this was advertised as a genuine Alcatel battery - it turned out to be an unknown make with stickers on dated 2013
It would not hold a charge
When I complained they offered a replacement if I posted it back - I asked for them to pay the postage and they sent a fake prepaid label
Eventually I asked for my money back through Ebay - Ebay have a very good process including a prepaid label and they track the package once posted - I duly got my money back within two days of them receiving this back.
So if you are going to buy through these people do it through Ebay to protect yourself
Genuine Fakes
Their business model is to advertise and list products as genuine Samsung items and then send you fakes in the hope that when they insist you pay return carriage it won't be worth the cost and effort to return.
Simple yet effective.
Do yourself a favor and avoid.
GLITZY GIZMOS BEWARE !!!!!!!!
I AM AMAZED THAT THIS FAKE COMPANY IS STILL ALLOWED TO TRADE THROUGH AMAZON AFTER MANY MANY UNSATISFIED CUSTOMERS, I TALKED ONLINE TO AMAZON AND TOLD HIM ABOUT THE MANY MANY PEOPLE THAT HAVE RECEIVED FAULTY GOODS AND MAKE IT DIFFICULT TO GET A REFUND OFF THEM, HE ASKED WHERETHE REVIEWS WHERE I TOLD HIM TRUSTPILOT AND HE SAID THEY HAD LOOKED AND NOT SEEN A BAD REVIEW, CLEARLY NOT BEING HONEST SO SHAME ON AMAZON FOR ALLOWING THIS COMPANY TO CONTINUE TRADING AND RIPPING PEOPLE OFF
Sells fake goods labelled as genuine
Sells fake goods labelled as genuine. There are many places that sell replicas or alternative version electronic devices, which is fine if advertised as such and as long they do the basic functions. From my experience of Gizmos goods (USB charger - Advertised as genuine with fast charging and data transfer functionality) the item I received did not support fast charging nor able to data transfer (I subsequently used a genuine cable and all was fine, so it is not my device issue). The one star is due to GlitzyGizmos advertising as genuine official products as a complete lie and on top having the audacity to act out when told that the item received does not support the advertised functions.
