If there was a zero I would not rate this. I work for local government and ordered a pair of headphones which I never received nor I never got a track link then them saying they have to get hold of the courier company it doesnt take 3 days for this. This company does not know what I do for living where I work so I'm taking them to the papers and social media all the media

Amazon are rubbish they never should source companies that are fake or scam.

My one star rating is a lie. It should be zero but the system doesn’t allow me to do that.

The ‘original equipment’ mobile battery I ordered was original all right - the manufacturing date on the label is 2014. Presumably it’s been recycled out of a defunct mobile that was manufactured about then. Industry norm for Li-ion batteries is 2-3 years. Won’t hold a charge. Total fraud. For the price it’s not worth me wasting my time attacking these bandits and I don’t want any contact with them. - This report is forTP information only. I’ll copy to Amazon. Thanks.

I ordered a Sony phone charger but sent it back. They said they did not receive the package and denied my refund and then told me to contact Royal Mail about it. About 10+ emails later and they still did not provide a refund despite me providing proof of delivery and other sorts of evidence that it was delivered to them. They also stated in the latest email that they have no contract with Royal Mail since 2017...so why make me contact them then?

I had to go through the Amazon support chat to talk to an agent about this issue and they finally processed my refund. It has been a month after I sent back the package and finally I am getting my refund back.

Do not order from these scammers as they will fog you off if you return a package to them. They will say they have not received it and just tell you to contact Royal Mail and you will just get nowhere going back and forth.

You couldn't make this up.. DISGUSTING "company" I usually have better things to do but I NEEDED to give them a bad review to add to the proof so nobody purchases off them!! First of all order said "delivered and handed to resident" which was bull, as I'd been in all day. So later on in the night I asked them about this, they said "check with house mates, safe places and neighbours" LOL Asif we aren't Inna pandemic why would they give it to my neighbours or Inna safe place when I'm literally in the house they would've seen the car? So I proceeded to do this although I knew that it wouldn't be there and alas it wasnt. Asked back and they said its the courier who stole it. They then kept sending a screenshot saying "delivered" on Amazon saying check attached picture. I replies yes I have the same picture, but I am saying it has not been delivered despite it saying that!! I really wish I'd checked these reviews before ordering I only checked once they were giving me cheek and saying if I didn't respond in the correct manner they wouldn't be replying to my emails, this was in response to me asking if I may have a refund. Messaged Amazon of the situation and they refunded me asap. Seller then sent an email "refunded . " I was so so nice and I was abhorred at the abysmal service . AVOID AVOID AVOID !!!;

After ordering charger for my tablet, it arrived and didn’t work. Sent back for replacement, which arrived, still didn’t work. Sent back again, asked for refund, they said they hadn’t received it. This went on for sometime, reported to Amazon, they gave me refund. Don’t touch these fraudulent people, I’ve had to keep it polite !!. Read reviews before buying. Don’t get conned.. Stay away from these frauds.

A similar situation as many others have experienced on here; I placed an order for some headphones on next day delivery. They did not arrive, so I contacted them. They refused my request for a refund on the delivery charge and told me to wait for my product to arrive. More than a week later and I still don't have my order.

The email replies I had from them each time I requested an update were, quite frankly, bizarre! It's like their customer service team/individual is a stroppy teenager who doesn't get how commerce works!

They've obfuscated, avoided taking responsibility and have taken my money. I have had to request a refund from Amazon. I also suggested to Amazon that they review this seller's status on the Marketplace. I have never experienced anything quite like this.

The admin I have had to do to make progress getting my money back has been a real pain, so my advice is to AVOID BUYING ANYTHING FROM GLITZY GIZMOS! They will take your money and give you nothing in return.

This company is worse that worse. I have written to Amazon about them. I do not think I will trust anything from Amazon again after my experience with this company. They had my money said the battery I ordered had been sent and delivered. I have not received anything. I live quite rural and my packages are always delivered. I do not think this was ever sent now they will not answer emails. Think I have been robbed through Amazon

I purchased a supposedly new mobile phone battery from them on Amazon.

The battery I received from them was pried out of an old phone and bore all the markings and scratches from the tools used.
It also didn't hold a charge.

Despite Amazon intervening several times all I got from them were offensive emails. They don't care about what they do or say or who they do it to.

Steer clear of these teenage con-men. You'll live a longer happier life.

Ordered a new Samsung Tablet battery through Amazon.. I doubt that the one supplied was a genuine Samsung and it was certainly worse than the battery I was replacing. After multiple charges and uses it would only last 60% of the time of the old one and it recharged to 20% immediately after plugging in the charger. I asked for a return and a refund which they agreed, but I had to pay for the return postage but got proof of postage and delivery. Despite Royal Mail confirming delivery GG denied receiving the item. Whilst as a one off I might have asked Royal Mail to check into it and confirm delivery, I found many similar instances on Trustpilot of such denial of receipt. Not a company I would deal with again and I wish I had checked Truspilot first!

The 'genuine'Samainf battery I ordered from this firm 'not in original packaging' performs so badly I am far from convinced that it is a genuine Samsung product

I wish I read the review before ordering from them.
I will never buy anything from this so call merchant"s total rip-off.
I ordered cables and charger for Samsung which I never received and when e-mailed them about the missing items, they turned out to not be very nice.

Their response to me is to tell me that I should go to the "depot" which depot? And chase up the missing items, this could be a disabled or elderly who are not able to go to any depot, which reputable companies behave in this manner. Really unacceptable.

Customer service abysmal. Too clever for their own good

Don't buy from these conmen total rip off merchants send you faulty goods and when you return them keep saying didn't receive them and no money ever returned then ebay closed case and still no refund so be warned if you like to lose your money buy from them

Ordered an LG phone battery advertised as new and sealed, with picture showing it in a genuine LG sealed pack. The one sent was four years old and completely dead and wouldn't charge. It was not in an LG sealed pack, just in the suppliers own bag. The shelf life of a li-ion battery is three years. Returned it for refund.

Bought some "Genuine" Samsung Galaxy USB Data Cables from them via Amazon. When they arrived the cables were not USB on the small end and did not fit any miro usb devices that I have. I reported this to Amazon who put me on to Glitzygizmos. They sent me an email requesting photo of cable and also of envelope they were delivered in. When I tried to upload said photos to GlitzyGizmos they had closed the claim report so all contact with them was lost.

Returned a phone battery but they would not give me refund, said that they hadn't received it after many e mails. Sounds about par for the course. Wish I had look at Trust Pilot reviews before ordering!

DO NOT TOUCH THIS COMPANY.... They sell through Amazon. Ordered a phone charger from them. It was never delivered, tried numerous attempts to e mail them with them insisting that it was delivered. Then received the most disgusting e mail from them telling me " Not to contact them again as they were sick of me wasting their time" !!! ***Amazon do not want to know and continue to use them***

This company is terrible. They trade on amazon. I brought a charger from them it was fine but did not fast charge my phone on trying to return the item they made it almost impossible and now are refusing to refund me and telling me they've lost the product I returned. Absolutely terrible!

Bought a phone charger from Glitzy Gizmos. This was a big mistake! The charger was not compatible with my phone. Attempted through Amazon to initiate a return and refund. This became a rather lengthy and drawn out process with Glizty Gizmos, eventually Amazon had to step in and make a full refund. The irony is Glitzy Gizmos wanted me to alter my review and afford them 4 or 5 stars!
