Found my Univ of Michigan cycling bibs and jersey and had an easy ordering experience. Very happy with the quality and fit. Delivery took a few weeks, but it was worth the wait! Thanks Global Cycling Gear team !!

Sizing was off (like a lot of bike shirts) Not crazy about material

I just received my new University of Tennessee cycling kit ordered from Global Cycling Gear. I am very pleased with the cycling apparel. I like the various University of Tennessee cycling apparel designs from which to choose. The entire process of ordering and receiving the product went smoothly and timely. I ordered a cycling jersey on March 1. On March 7, I got an email saying that a label had been created. Per their confirmation email, you get the tracking after the order has been manufactured. Two weeks later and there is still no update on the tracking. I've emailed several times and am told to be patient. I'm out of patience.

I had been searching for Marine Corps cycling kits then I found Global cycling gear!!!!! They have a great selection and the product has not disappointed. I love that I can cycle while showing my pride being a Marine veteran.

The 3 cycling kits I ordered are very well made and very professional looking. Took a little longer to get this delivery, but very, very, happy with the products!

The bike shirt is exactly as depicted.

I placed an order for a jersey, USC Gamecocks, on November 14. The website stated that there were seven in stock. I received a confirmation email that the order will ship in 5-7 days. On November 23, I received an email stating that my order was shipping out from Texas. Fast forward to November 30 and still "sitting" in Texas. Now my order is supposedly "sitting" in Georgia. I paid extra for shipping to ensure that if I did not receive my order I would get a full refund. I have sent four emails and get the response that it takes time to create custom orders and thanking me for my patience. I will not order again from this company nor would I recommend them. I would rather them keep my order and refund me the money.

I gave to my husband, an alumni of University of Michigan (he’s now 55) a kit representing University of Michigan. He BEAMED when he got this birthday present and wore it with pride. Best present I could have ever given him. I wish I could put his picture here!

Beware I have not received my order yet will write another review once I receive.

But beware of a strange charge.
I place my order and paid with PayPal the $133 charge shows in my account but I also got a $4 charge that is for international service charge that didn't go through PayPal and shows on my credit card account. A little fishy but my credit card company is aware.

I received my items very pleased with the materials color match photo online. Would not hesitate to order again.

This is a great place to buy cycling gear. The prices are reasonable and the styles are unique. I am enjoying my Sac State jersey.

I ordered a cycling kit for my husband which did not fit and then experienced the best customer support ever. The kit was replaced and all my feedback was replied on personally, quickly, super friendly and really caring. That's how it should be everywhere. This is how customers are made happy and loyal. Thank you very much. By the way: the kit looks great, is of very good quality AND all this at a reasonable price. Happy to shop at Global Cycling Gear again.

Globalcyclinggear has made several cycling kits for me with my team logo on them. I love them! They have worn well through my cyclocross season. I keep coming back because of the quality of service and their great products! I would recommend them.

Product was way too big as per the sizing guide. Even though the phone number is US based, they requested I return it to Vietnam or pay $29 for another jersey that seems to be of questionable quality.

i ordered two biking outfits for my son and grandson and needed them by a certain date. Although they couldn't arrive to me by the time i needed them, Global Biking Gear did everything they could to make me happy. They were curtious and helpful even though they were not able to get them to me on time. I think when there's a problem, and the company really steps in to help, is the sign of a good company.

Currently stuck in refund hell with this disgusting company. They are fraudulently selling products with my company name on them. The product they deliver looks nothing like our company colors. They REFUSE to give a refund once the product arrives and looks nothing like the photo. This company is a total scam and you should AVOID.

Scam company. First The products are not licensed and they rip off the trademarks. Pure theft of property.

Second no support. No returns.

I’m a cycling enthusiastic and long term customer of GlobalCycling Gears. In addition to their unique designs, that usually get a lot of attention from other cyclists, the product is made with high quality material, being supper comfortable on long rides +4hs and durable.

My order arrived today, and WOW! am I impressed. Not only is the fit just right (thanks for allowing a mix/match option for the sizes), but the seat padding is WAY beyond my expectations. I was a bit concerned when ordering since the only description of the padding was a "premium chamois pad," which could mean just about anything. But the graphics of the bibs/shorts were so over-the-top for me, I figured I would take a chance. And I sure am glad I did! The pad is simply AWESOME and better than I had even imagined.

Kudos to you, the designers, and the fabricators. A simply outstanding product that will serve me well for years to come!
